It maintains stable running performance even at low speeds while suppressing vibrations at high speeds. Additionally, the cross roller guide ensures high rigidity and high guiding accuracy. Equipped with a non-contact incremental linear encoder, it is not influenced by non-linearity, mechanical backlash, or elastic deformation. It is a high-performance stage ideal for a variety of applications that require precise positioning.
