Please note that it is not the actual measured value of the tube. ● Transparency………… Since the fluid can be visually confirmed, it allows for the detection of air entrapment, blockages of fluids and powders, and pinhole formation due to static electricity inside the tube, enabling early identification of trouble spots. ● Chemical resistance……… The inner layer is made of a fluoropolymer (ETFE type), which is resistant to most chemicals. ● Flexibility………… The laminated structure provides superior flexibility compared to commercially available single-layer fluoropolymer tubes, improving workability. ● Resistance to bending……… Compared to commercially available single-layer fluoropolymer tubes, it is less prone to bending and can somewhat recover even if bent. ● Non-stickiness……… The fluoropolymer of the inner layer has excellent water-repellent and non-stick properties, resulting in minimal fluid residue and superior cleanability. ● Abrasion resistance……… The fluoropolymer of the inner layer has excellent abrasion resistance and can withstand slurry-like chemical substances.

● Chemical resistance… The inner layer is made of a fluoropolymer (ETFE type), which provides resistance to most chemicals. ● Flexibility… The laminated structure offers superior flexibility compared to commercially available fluoropolymer single-layer tubes, improving workability. ● Resistance to bending… Compared to commercially available fluoropolymer single-layer tubes, it is less prone to bending and can recover to some extent even if bent. ● Non-stick properties… The fluoropolymer in the inner layer has excellent water-repellent and non-stick properties, resulting in minimal fluid residue and excellent cleanability. (It has excellent slip properties.) ● Abrasion resistance… The fluoropolymer in the inner layer has excellent abrasion resistance and can withstand slurry-like chemical substances. ● Phthalate-free… It uses a non-oil material that contains no phthalates, which can be a source of leachables. ● Non-PVC… It is made from non-PVC materials. ● Low leachables and low odor… Due to the extremely low resin odor and leachables, it is suitable for food, beverage, and cosmetic applications. ● High purity… The fluoropolymer in the inner layer contains no additives such as plasticizers, making it suitable for high-purity liquid piping.

Conductive super-flexible fluorine tube

Industry first! The electrical resistance value of the hose complies with international guidelines! It can safely eliminate static electricity associated with the transfer of flammable liquids, regardless of the length of use.

● Conductivity… A hybrid system of conductive resin and metal fibers achieves stable electrical resistance values (conductivity: dissipative grade) regardless of the length of the tube. *Dissipative refers to a grade of electrical resistance suitable for electrostatic discharge, where the resistance value R falls within the standard of 1KΩ≦R<1MΩ. ● Compliance with guidelines… The electrical resistance value of the hose complies with ISO 8031 and IEC/TS 60079-32-1:2013 (Guidelines for the hazards of static electricity in explosive atmospheres, Part 32-1). ● Chemical resistance… The inner layer is made of a fluoropolymer (ETFE) that is resistant to most chemicals. ● Non-stick properties… The fluoropolymer in the inner layer has excellent water repellency and non-stick properties, resulting in minimal fluid residue and superior cleanability. ● Phthalate-free… Uses non-oil materials that do not contain phthalates, which can cause leachables.
