The arm length is five times longer than conventional models (3mm), enabling access to samples located deep within liquids that were previously unreachable. It can be operated using commercially available power supplies (with a maximum voltage of over 150V), and the arm is driven by a comb-type electrostatic actuator. The maximum opening width at the tip is 100μm. By setting it on a manipulator attached to a microscope, you can operate while observing micro-sized samples.
