[Case Study] Processed Food Manufacturer in Japan (2)
There were unusual noises during continuous operation, but the addition of a bearing mechanism resolved the issues and concerns!
We received a concern from a customer about a sound resembling metal rubbing coming from the inside of a rotary valve used in a batch production line. In response, we proposed the addition of a "bearing mechanism" to structurally enhance durability. Since adding the bearing mechanism, there has been no shaft wobble even during continuous operation, and the previously concerning abnormal noise has also disappeared. [Issues] ■ Abnormal noise has started to occur from the rotary valve that operates continuously in batch mode. → Batch processing imposes a significant load during input, but the production method cannot be changed. → Since it is food, we cannot change the fact that it is a cantilever rotary valve for internal cleaning. → Is there a highly durable cantilever rotary valve available? *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
