Machinable ceramics "Shaparl HI M-soft"

Machinable ceramics boasting high thermal conductivity and strength, with excellent machinability!

"Shaparl HI M-soft" is a high-performance machinable ceramic with excellent thermal conductivity. It has a very high thermal conductivity among machinable ceramics and also boasts high strength. Its thermal conductivity is approximately 90W due to the inclusion of aluminum nitride, and it has excellent machinability as a composite material with BN. While it is easy to machine, its high strength places this product in the relatively difficult-to-machine category among machinable ceramics. Since it is only available through machining from plate material, there are shapes that cannot be processed. [Features] - Excellent machinability - Excellent vacuum properties - High thermal conductivity (90W/m·K) - High strength - Low thermal expansion rate - Excellent electrical insulation - Low dielectric constant and dielectric loss - Composite of AIN and BN [Examples of Applications] - Vacuum components - Various electrical components requiring heat dissipation and insulation - Jigs requiring low thermal expansion rate - Heat sinks *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Heat sink thermal conductivity ceramic N-9H

This is a heat sink thermal ceramic that realizes a new form of heat management with the high radiation characteristics of the material.

The heat-dissipating ceramic "N-9H," developed for heat sinks, has a density of over 99% alumina. By using a special manufacturing process to minimize the residual sintering binder, it achieves an ultra-dense sintered body that maximizes the heat dissipation properties unique to alumina. Its heat dissipation capability makes it ideal for heat sinks, and it is actively used in various fields. *For more details, please refer to the technical documentation "Heat Dissipating Ceramic N-9H - Ideal for Heat Sinks." [Features] 1. The ceramics produced using a unique method have high thermal radiation characteristics (emissivity), achieving excellent thermal management. 2. Ideal for preventing unwanted radiation and noise (also serves as an insulating sheet). 3. Simplification of shapes, miniaturization, and cost reduction are realized. 4. Custom shapes can also be accommodated (capable of supporting from prototyping to mass production). 5. Optimal as a heat dissipation plate for LEDs and lamps.

Electron beam processing technology

High melting point materials and high reflectivity materials can also be joined between different metals. We achieve low heat impact and high-quality welding!

Electron beam welding is based on the premise that it is conducted in a vacuum. 【What is an electron beam?】 The heat electrons generated from a filament heated in a vacuum are accelerated by applying voltage between the cathode and anode, forming a flow of electrons that becomes a beam. 【What is electron beam welding?】 When this beam is deflected and focused onto the welding area using coils or lenses, the kinetic energy is converted into thermal energy at high speed, and this heat melts the material, resulting in welding. 【Features】 - Joining of difficult-to-weld materials: It is possible to join high-reflectivity materials like copper, high-melting-point materials like tungsten, and also dissimilar metals. - Low thermal impact: The penetration is deep with minimal thermal distortion, eliminating the need for distortion correction after welding. - High quality: Due to processing in a vacuum, it prevents gas entrapment and surface oxidation, resulting in fewer defects such as blowholes. Electron beam processing has a high energy density and can instantaneously provide a large amount of heat to the material, making it suitable for welding applications on difficult-to-process materials in fields such as nuclear and aerospace. Additionally, its good energy stability and minimal distortion due to thermal effects have led to its widespread use in the automotive industry. Please feel free to contact us.

Ceramics for press molds, manufactured by Japan Tungsten Co., Ltd. "NPZ-28"

Reduction of mold regrinding labor and extension of mold parts lifespan. This is a ceramic that achieves reduced running costs for mold production and high efficiency.

The ceramic for molds "NPZ-28" is a composite ceramic that successfully combines high wear resistance and chipping resistance at a high level. "NPZ-28" was developed by Japan Tungsten Co., Ltd. as a material for mold parts used in the press punching of copper-based workpieces. It is made primarily of WC, the main component of cemented carbide, mixed with ZrO2, and since WC (which is conductive) is the main component, wire electrical discharge machining is also possible. As an example: "Cutting Edge" - Achieves a lifespan approximately twice that of conventional ultra-fine particle cemented carbide. - The regrinding allowance is about one-fifth. This has successfully reduced the regrinding labor for molds and extended the lifespan of mold parts, achieving both a reduction in running costs and increased efficiency. If you have any issues or themes related to mold peripheral parts, please feel free to contact us first.

Introduction to the PQ8 Series of High Purity Fused Quartz Manufactured Overseas

Introducing the PQ series of high-purity fused quartz, which offers equivalent domestic grade and overwhelming cost performance.

The overseas-produced high-purity fused quartz PQ series requires purity equivalent to that of domestic manufacturers and achieves dense quality at a low price, making it isotropic graphite. Two grades are available according to the required purity: - PQ8 - PQ8H These can be selected based on the application. 〇 PQ8 is high-purity fused quartz manufactured by electric melting method, demonstrating excellent high-temperature performance. It is a product with low OH group levels. 〇 PQ8H is suitable for even stricter environments requiring higher purity, with lower alkali and aluminum content. As consumables, quartz processed products face stringent demands not only in quality but also in cost. This is particularly effective in reducing costs for high-precision processed products in medium to large lots. Please feel free to inquire about the PQ series, which achieves high quality at low prices.
