In accordance with the "Quality Assurance of Sales" stipulated in the revised Civil Code on Obligations scheduled to take effect on April 1, 2020, we clarify the SLA of Cloudflare's services. The quantitative value of information! The more surprising the information is to the reader, the higher its value!

The father of information technology stated, "The value of information is the magnitude of surprise." The more familiar the recipient is with the content of the information, the less valuable that information becomes. Conversely, the less the recipient knows about the content, the more valuable the information is. In other words, the value of information changes relatively based on how well the recipient understands the subject matter. This is defined as the amount of information. Based on probability theory, the way to quantify the value of information has been established.
