Techman collaborative robots come standard with vision cameras and AI functions, significantly lowering the barriers to automation with simple controls. However, for customers who ask, "How can we conduct takt verification and AI model accuracy verification before implementation?" or "We don't have personnel for image collection and model verification for AI inspection," we will provide a wide range of support using our demo machines, from robot teaching to takt verification, capturing images for visual inspection, creating AI models, and model verification. Additionally, if the shape of the sample work provided by the customer cannot be accommodated with a general-purpose gripper, we will design a dedicated gripper using 3D CAD and create it through 3D printing for verification, allowing for takt verification in an environment close to the actual site.
