KNOBEL's depositor machine can produce filling products in a one-step process. It can accommodate a wide variety of shapes, including praline chocolates, bars, and tablets. The KNOBEL depositor machine is capable of handling both liquid and high-viscosity fillings, allowing for the creation of recipes tailored to customer requirements.

The depositor head can be freely moved in 3D (vertical and horizontal) motion. The filling amount is a minimum of 0.01g, allowing for precise and detailed decoration. Thanks to its special technology, two-color decoration is also possible without cooling.

You can accurately print your preferred design or pattern on the product. A patented sensor detects the product, allowing for precise filling of liquids and sauces. It applies the material from edge to edge without spilling. As a result, it is possible to keep the belt clean without getting it dirty. This also helps prevent waste of raw materials, making it recommended for cost savings and reducing food loss. It can also be used as a depositor.

You can accurately and quickly top with fine materials such as nuts and granules. The sensor in the discharge section detects products flowing on the belt and fills the topping materials. The internal sensors of the device constantly check the remaining amount in the topping storage tank and replenish it as needed when it runs low. With a minimum of 8 rows and a maximum of 20 rows, it allows for multi-row filling, significantly improving the efficiency of processes that were previously done manually.
