In areas with few obstacles, communication over distances greater than 10 km is possible; however, for practical use in urban areas, it is advisable to assume a range of about 3 to 5 km, and about 1 km in indoor environments with obstacles. ■ High Noise Resistance: The 920MHz band used by LoRaWAN is less prone to interference from other wireless networks, even in environments where they exist, which helps minimize communication latency and allows for stable communication. Therefore, it can be safely utilized in factory facilities and indoor settings.
