This is a sanitary specification nozzle lift liquid filling machine for 4L to 20L poly containers and BIBs. It is simple but has sufficient functionality. The pump, valve, and nozzle are designed with sanitary specifications for hygienic fittings, allowing for easy disassembly and cleaning. It is also capable of hot water sterilization through CIP.

A new model for high tanks has been released in the popular LTP series of medium-sized nozzle lift-type high-speed filling machines. It is the fastest among the current models! This mobile high-speed filling machine is optimized for factories with multiple high tanks installed at heights of 1 to 3 meters. It incorporates various user-friendly features optimized for high tank environments. For filling 20kg into poly containers or tamakans, it enables high-speed filling without liquid splashing into the container in as fast as 15 seconds. By using our simple capper in conjunction, we have achieved a filling record of up to 180 containers per hour, including setting containers on the filling machine, filling, capping, and moving containers to pallets. It is the perfect first step towards high cost-performance automation and efficiency in high tank-type factories.

It can fill more than 6 units of 10L BIB containers and more than 5 units of 20L BIB containers per minute. - The switching of fixtures between 10L and 20L containers is automatic. The actuator drives the fixture to move in about 5 seconds, and then it self-diagnoses whether it has moved correctly. This saves significant time and effort when frequently switching containers. - The latest multi-stage filling speed control and filling volume correction mechanism achieve both high filling speed and filling accuracy. - It is equipped with an automatic self-diagnosis function and filling history analysis function. The filling operator can easily check and confirm the daily status of the equipment while performing filling operations. - With a large LCD and a visually intuitive operation screen, even operators who are not familiar with the equipment can easily operate it. - The filling unit in the device can be washed thoroughly with water using a hose. Regular cleaning helps maintain the equipment in a hygienic condition.
