Matsumoto kakou Co.,Ltd. Product Lineup

In the electronics industry, there is a strong demand for improved heat dissipation characteristics of components, and Matsumoto Processing offers heat dissipation sheets to meet these needs. We deliver products in the specified shapes and quantities using methods developed through our rubber cutting business, including NC cutting, press cutting with a Thomson die, and half-cut processing. We have a lineup of various sheets with thermal conductivity ranging from 1.0 to 5.0 W/m·K and thicknesses from 0.2 to 5.0 mm. We are also happy to process materials supplied by customers. In addition to sheet materials, we can flexibly accommodate two-component mixed thermal conductive materials and thermal conductive pastes. From a few prototype pieces to mass production of thousands, you can rely on Matsumoto Processing. Please feel free to contact us.
