This document explains the preservation of seafood freshness. When dewatering silk ice using our "dehydrated ice manufacturing machine," it becomes a fluffy, snow-like "powder snow ice." Since ice fills the gaps between the fish, there is no risk of cargo shifting during transportation, and cooling occurs at a temperature just before the fish freeze, allowing for high freshness preservation. This document explains the preservation of seafood freshness. Once the state of "rigor mortis" passes, freshness declines, so delaying rigor mortis is important for maintaining freshness. When fish struggle, the ATP in their bodies is consumed, and fatigue substances such as lactic acid accumulate, leading to deterioration. To prevent this, a processing method called "ikejime" is used, but it has the drawback of being unable to process large quantities since it is done one fish at a time. So, what other methods are there to maintain freshness? This is explained in the attached PDF document, so if you are interested, please feel free to download it. Don't waste valuable manpower! Automated packing that becomes a powerful solution for creating processes that do not rely on labor shortages or the skill levels of workers. By registering multiple varieties tailored to production content, tasks that were previously labor-intensive can now be simplified to "just choose." By reallocating personnel to tasks that require more manpower, we can expect an overall increase in factory productivity. Furthermore, by combining our high-performance dewatering device "Suitor" with the production line for pack and pouch products, we can achieve even greater efficiency. This compact device, equipped with a special urethane sponge roller containing antibacterial agents, offers high dewatering capability and can be introduced without reconfiguring the line. For taller products like standing pouches, the optional air blow unit resolves dewatering at the bottom.

In the production line of packaged products, particularly in the packing of packaged products, employees face significant burdens due to long hours of standing work and the handling of heavy items. In today's industry, where labor shortages are accelerating, it is crucial to automate labor-intensive processes to reduce the burden on employees. By replacing labor-intensive tasks such as "accumulation," "packing" into cardboard boxes, and "palletizing" after packing with robots, we can significantly reduce manpower and labor, contributing to the improvement of the working environment. With various industrial robots and robotic hands, Nikko can flexibly propose a total production line tailored to the work, containers, and arrangement. Furthermore, our product, the dewatering machine "Suitor," which uses antibacterial urethane sponge, can also perform "dewatering" of packaged products by adding the optional air blow unit. The urethane sponge gently sandwiches the top and bottom surfaces of the packaged products for dewatering, while moisture from the sides and grooves is blown away with air.

Are you still relying on manual labor for inspecting tart crusts after baking and filling trays? Visual inspections can easily be affected by the experience and concentration of the workers, leading to variations in quality and missed defects. Additionally, the worsening labor shortage makes it difficult to secure stable personnel, and many confectionery production sites face the challenge of not being able to increase production volume even if they want to due to the inability to raise line speed. To address these on-site challenges, Nikkō has developed an automatic tray loading robot. It ensures the automation and stable operation of the inspection and filling processes by accurately filling trays with the baked tart crusts that flow continuously from the oven while inspecting them. 【Features】 - Two robots accurately fill the pockets of dedicated trays with tart crusts flowing from the oven. - Image measurement simultaneously inspects not only the product's position information but also color unevenness, cracks, chips, and molding defects. - Since the desired processing capacity of users could not be met with the current robot's capabilities, we have innovated the hand design to enhance its performance.

We pack sausages bundled in 3, 4, and 5 bundles at a rate of 40 to 60 bundles per minute. Even for cases where the packing method differs by variety, we can handle it with simple operations. In this case, the quantity and arrangement differ for all three varieties, and we are accommodating this with one robot through some manual exchanges (which can be easily swapped).
