The "Custom Made System" supports film development and contract processing tailored to customer specifications, from planning and development to mass production. We have newly installed a multilayer extruder on our small-scale test machine line, which has an effective width of approximately 200mm, capable of handling 2 to 3 layers up to 5 layers. Until now, the development of multilayer films and laminates could only be verified on actual mass production lines during the initial consideration phase, but we expect that the possibilities for new development will greatly expand in the future. *The conventional single-layer extrusion test equipment can still be used as before. Please make use of our "Custom Made System" for the development of high-functionality and high-value-added new films.

Transparent engineering plastic cyclic olefin film (COP) excels in heat resistance, transparency, low UV absorption, low impurity characteristics, non-adhesiveness, chemical resistance, high moisture barrier properties, and low dielectric constant and low dielectric loss characteristics compared to other transparent plastic materials, and it also has good vacuum formability. These properties make it promising for use in optical films, bio-related films, medical packaging materials, and electronic components such as antenna substrates. Heat-resistant COP is ideal for electronic substrates. We manufacture non-stretched films from cyclic olefin resin pellets according to user specifications. Utilizing our film manufacturing technology (T-die method) in a clean environment and our long-cultivated fine shape surface molding technology from the production of prism sheets, we can form microchannel patterns designed by customers on the surface of thin films ranging from 100μm and above, contributing from prototyping to mass production in a roll-to-roll manner.
