The "Custom Made System" supports film development and contract processing tailored to customer specifications, from planning and development to mass production. We have newly installed a multilayer extruder on our small test machine line, which has a mini-scale effective width of approximately 200mm, capable of handling 2 to 3 layers up to 5 layers. Until now, the development of multilayer films and laminates could only be verified on actual production lines during the initial consideration stage, but we expect that the possibilities for new development will greatly expand in the future. *The conventional single-layer extrusion test equipment can still be used as before. Please make use of our "Custom Made System" for the development of high-performance, high-value-added new films.

Our representative product, PE (polyethylene) laminated paper, utilizes its sealing properties and moisture and water resistance, making it suitable for various food containers such as ice cream, cup soups, and both Japanese and Western sweets. Additionally, we laminate paper with aluminum foil or barrier films to create yogurt and snack containers that possess moisture resistance, gas barrier properties, and aroma retention. We also apply PET resin extrusion lamination to heat-resistant base paper, making it suitable for heat-resistant paper containers for microwave and oven-heated foods like gratin and lasagna, contributing to the preservation of food quality through various combinations. Furthermore, we have obtained FSC-CoC certification (Certification Code: FSC-C134306) and are engaged in laminated processing using plant-based biodegradable resins (such as PLA) and plant-based bio-PE, contributing to the realization of a sustainable society through the provision of products made from sustainable resources.

Our representative product, PE (polyethylene) laminated paper, is utilized in various beverage containers such as paper cups and paper packs for milk and juice, taking advantage of its sealing properties and moisture and water resistance. Additionally, it can be used for insulated cups for hot coffee by providing a foam layer on the outer surface of the cup to achieve insulation. By laminating paper with aluminum foil, which has excellent light-blocking properties, we can suppress oxidation deterioration of the contents and impart aroma retention for sake packs. We also offer various combinations, such as paper with holes and a barrier film substrate laminated on both sides with PE (polyethylene) for straw-equipped paper packs for sake, contributing to the maintenance of beverage quality tailored to our customers' applications. Furthermore, we have obtained FSC-CoC certification (Certification Code: FSC-C134306) and are working on laminated processing using plant-based biodegradable resins (such as PLA) and plant-based bio-PE, contributing to the realization of a sustainable society through manufacturing and providing products using sustainable resources.
