The "Custom Made System" supports film development and contract processing tailored to customer specifications, from planning and development to mass production. We have newly installed a multilayer extruder on our mini-scale effective small test machine line, which has a width of approximately 200mm, capable of handling 2 to 3 layers up to 5 layers. Until now, the development of multilayer films and laminates could only be validated on actual production lines during the initial consideration phase, but we expect that the possibilities for new development will greatly expand in the future. *The conventional single-layer extrusion test equipment can still be used as before. Please make use of our "Custom Made System" for the development of high-functionality and high-value-added new films.

Do you have any experience with wanting to form fine shapes on the film surface, wanting to create a special compound resin into a film, having resin pellets but no film grade available, being turned down due to small lot sizes, being able to prototype but not mass produce, being unable to create films due to soft materials or tacky materials, or being unable to laminate in a clean room? If you have any issues with T-die extrusion, please consult us first. Our PP (polypropylene) laminated paper and PMP (polymethylpentene) laminated paper are used as process papers in the manufacturing of synthetic leather used in bags and wallets, low-resilience foam for cushions, seam tape, and more, supporting our customers' product development. Additionally, our PE pseudo-adhesive laminated paper allows for easy removal and disposal of personal information, such as addresses and names printed on delivery labels, contributing to the safety of your home. Furthermore, we offer various applications, including anti-mold sheets to protect clothing from mold, release paper for stickers, wrapping paper for copy paper, and processed paper used in fiber drums and paper tubes.
