The "Custom Made System" supports film development and contract processing tailored to customer specifications, from planning and development to mass production. We have newly installed a multilayer extruder on the line of a compact test machine with an effective width of approximately 200mm, capable of handling 2 to 3 layers up to 5 layers. Until now, the development of multilayer films and laminates could only be verified on actual production lines during the initial consideration phase, but it is expected that the possibilities for new development will greatly expand in the future. *The conventional single-layer extrusion test equipment can still be used as before. Please make use of our "Custom Made System" for the development of high-functionality and high-value-added new films.

Our company also has an extrusion laminating machine installed in a clean room (Class 10,000), primarily processing film substrates with AC lamination, sand lamination, tandem lamination, and more, which are used for components and packaging materials for electronic and electrical equipment such as automobiles, semiconductors, and solar panels.

An anti-fouling film for marine organisms is a special film that has properties that make it difficult for marine organisms such as barnacles, crustaceans, mollusks, and algae (fouling organisms) to adhere in the ocean. By applying it to areas where marine fouling organisms are problematic, such as measuring instruments used in the ocean, marine sports equipment, fishing gear, boat bottoms, seawater intake areas, and structures where anti-fouling paint is difficult to apply, it becomes harder for fouling organisms to attach, and any minor adhesion can be easily wiped off, making maintenance easier. Additionally, since it has an adhesive film structure, you can choose between a strong adhesive type suitable for long-term use where peeling would be problematic, or a re-peelable type that can be applied and removed as needed, depending on the application.

Not only can it be erased! Our whiteboard screen film, treated with a special surface processing technology, prevents indoor fluorescent lights from reflecting when taking smartphone photos after meetings. Additionally, during projection with a projector, the light source does not reflect, allowing for a clear view from any angle. Furthermore, we offer magnet types that can be attached to blackboards or steel partitions in meeting rooms, as well as adhesive types that can be placed anywhere.
