Free membership registrationThe "Safe Neutralizer SPH Series" is a pH automatic neutralization device that uses safe "calcined calcium from shells," which is recognized as a food additive, as a neutralizing agent. It does not use any chemical agents and is made from granulated neutralizing agents that are uniquely calcined from natural Okhotsk scallop shells, so there is no problem if it comes into contact with hands during replenishment. In the unlikely event of a spill, the granulated form will not harm other equipment. Additionally, 1g of the neutralizing agent can yield 1L of an alkaline solution with a pH of 12 or higher. It offers cost performance that is comparable to traditional neutralizing agents like caustic soda. 【Features】 ■ Safe even if it gets on hands or spills ■ Very economical, producing 1L from just 1g ■ An alkaline neutralizing agent that is not a toxic substance *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "JCE Series" is a heat-resistant submersible pump with a cutter, designed for short delivery times and competitively priced, capable of handling temperatures up to 80°C. When transporting with a land pump, there was a risk of high-temperature water spraying out in the event of a pump failure, but with the heat-resistant submersible pump, there is no risk of spraying. The JCE-16 series, made of SUS316, can handle alkaline high-temperature wastewater (boiler discharge). The JCE series is based on the popular JCV series of heat-resistant submersible pumps and is equipped with a cutter impeller, making it more resistant to foreign object intrusion. Additionally, we have also prepared the "JCVH Series," which raises the heat resistance temperature to 95°C. It is compact and features high corrosion resistance due to epoxy coating. 【Features】 [JCE Series] ○ Eliminates risks and burdens of replacement due to pump failure with a dedicated heat-resistant pump ○ Reduces the risk of failure caused by entanglement of string-like foreign objects ○ Contributes to space-saving as it eliminates the need for land pump space ○ Compatible with different voltages For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Free membership registrationPioneer of "Floating Oil and Sludge Recovery Skimmers," H2's New Product 〇 Recovery of floating oil from solvent-based and high-temperature water Using a self-priming air diaphragm pump, a custom float is thrown into the pit to collect sludge and oil. It is designed to recover all types of floating oil and sludge. You can choose the pump material and discharge amount from the air diaphragm ADD series. 〇 Flexible material options for recovery floats You can select from materials such as SUS304, SUS316, PP, and PVC. It is designed for special applications and offers a wide range of options for use with various fluids. 【When only recovering floating substances】 We will select the pump material and type based on the target fluid. If the installation space is limited, it is necessary to consider the float size accordingly. 【When performing floating substance recovery filtration】 We will select the filter simultaneously with the above flow. We will choose the mesh size and material based on the filtration target, and after filtration, it will be returned or transferred. For simple filtration, the H2 floating sludge simple filtration device ADF type is recommended.

Free membership registrationWe delivered a sludge removal device, combining "centrifugal separation" and "separation tank," for a major engine manufacturer, designed for the sludge that accumulates in coolant tanks. (1) The sludge is suctioned up and settled in a cyclone separator. (2) The settled sludge falls into the sludge tank. (3) The sludge that does not settle is collected by an air diaphragm pump and a recovery float, and is directed into the sludge tank via overflow from the separation tank. In addition to basic control, we incorporated various controls considering workability. We will propose collection and filtration devices tailored to the characteristics of sludge that vary by site, so please feel free to consult us. 【Case Study】 ■ Delivery: Major engine manufacturer in Shizuoka Prefecture ■ Application: Sludge collection from coolant tanks ■ Model: ADD-15-PP and complete control system *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe received an order for a complete resin injection system for superconducting coils for ITER from a major heavy electrical manufacturer. The deciding factor for our selection was the evaluation of our ability to handle "design, manufacturing, control, and construction of the entire system." To withstand an absolute vacuum of 100 Pa, we manufactured a vacuum tank. The capacity is approximately 400L, and it is designed to be split into two parts with flanges for easier cleaning. We incorporated all user requests, such as adding a window on the top surface to visually check the stirring conditions, and installed baffles inside the tank to improve stirring efficiency. Including test plants, if you have projects where you "don't know who to consult," please feel free to contact us. [Case Study] ■ Delivery: Major heavy electrical manufacturer ■ Application: Complete resin injection and stirring system in a vacuum (including construction) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe received an order for the pH neutralization treatment, including construction, due to the addition of a new line from a food factory. All tanks were selected as heat-resistant tanks (80°C) due to the high-temperature wastewater. The pH meter was also changed to a high-temperature specification, and our heat-resistant submersible pump model JCVH was incorporated into the raw water pump. The user's wastewater is discharged in batches, and depending on the situation, it can be either acidic or alkaline. Therefore, we implemented control on both sides to accommodate either condition for neutralization. A vertical mixer for dilution stirring was installed in the sulfuric acid tank. The shaft and impeller were processed with FRP lining for sulfuric acid resistance. We adopted our electromagnetic pump for both sulfuric acid and caustic soda injection pumps. [Case Study] ■ Delivery: Food factory in Saitama Prefecture ■ Application: Neutralization treatment of factory wastewater, including boiler discharge (high temperature) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationA waste disposal company in Saitama Prefecture consulted us about wanting to transfer high-temperature water discharged during the cleaning process using a submersible pump. Since the temperature was 80°C, we proposed the JCV type submersible pump with a float for ease of use. After several months of operation, they confirmed that there were no issues with transferring the high-temperature water, and they placed a repeat order for another unit to be used at a different site. The submersible pump that frees users from concerns about the dangers, cavitation, and installation hassles associated with transferring high-temperature water has received positive feedback. If there is no installation space in the tank, we can also propose a heat-resistant surface pump. [Case Study] ■ Delivery: Waste disposal company in Saitama Prefecture ■ Application: Transfer of 80°C high-temperature cleaning water ■ Model: JCV-7-50-A *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
