We received an inquiry from a major surface treatment factory asking if it is possible to recover and separate the oil and sludge floating in high-temperature bonding liquid. They mentioned that there is a simple device already in place, but they are dissatisfied with the recovery efficiency, so they are considering an upgrade. To enable recovery and separation in high-temperature bonding liquid, we decided to custom-manufacture our ADB model in all stainless steel (SUS) specifications. The float to be placed in the bonding tank is also made entirely of stainless steel. We selected the ADD model air diaphragm pump in stainless steel specifications. [Case Study] ■ Delivery: Major surface treatment factory ■ Application: Separation and recovery of floating oil in bonding liquid ■ Model: ADB-15-SS (SUS specification) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

At the factory you requested, coolant sludge was collected and cleaned approximately once a quarter using a vacuum truck, but the quality degradation caused by the sludge before the vacuum truck arrived was a problem. Therefore, you consulted about whether there was a simple pump that could be used for collection, and we proposed the air diaphragm ADD type (cart specification). This product is convenient when you want to operate coolant sludge from various locations within the factory with a single pump. The cart itself can hold a drum, and it is equipped with an air three-point set, hose fittings, etc., considering the ease of handling for the operators. [Case Study] - Delivery: Aichi Prefecture automotive parts manufacturer - Application: Cleaning of coolant tanks - Model: ADD-15-PP-DS (cart specification) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

We received a request from a major food company looking for a "heat-resistant submersible pump" that can be used with hot water up to 70°C. They were also concerned about corrosion resistance to alkaline substances, as it would be used for draining CIP alkaline detergents and cleaning water, so we proposed a heat-resistant submersible pump made of SUS316. It was also the perfect size for their pit dimensions. When we asked what influenced their decision, they mentioned that our delivery time (one month) was shorter compared to other manufacturers, and we also had a price advantage. Our heat-resistant submersible pump has a "standard specification" that is heat-resistant, making it excellent in terms of speed and cost. [Case Study] - Delivery: Major food factory - Application: Used for draining CIP alkaline detergents and cleaning water - Model: JCV-15-50-S16-A × 1 unit *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

We received an inquiry from a major cosmetics manufacturing plant regarding heat-resistant submersible pumps to be used in a newly established drainage intermediate tank. We also proposed a detachable device, and they adopted two units of "JCV-22-50." Additionally, since they requested water level control, we suggested a heat-resistant float, which was also accepted. They requested a short delivery time (two weeks after order), and upon inquiring about the situation, they mentioned, "Initially, we were proceeding with another company's product, but only the control panel's delivery was on schedule, and we just found out that the pump would not be delivered in time." Therefore, while our standard delivery time is one month after order, we shortened it to two weeks. We also provided advice on compatibility with other companies' control panels, and together with the timely delivery, we were able to meet their satisfaction. Customers considering heat-resistant submersible pumps are encouraged to contact us. [Case Study] ■ Delivery: Major cosmetics manufacturing plant ■ Application: Transfer of high-temperature water from drainage intermediate tank ■ Model: JCV-22-80 x 2 units (with detachable device) * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

A non-ferrous metal processing factory consulted us, saying, "We would like to monitor the temperature during the processing of long materials for quality control." In response, H2 proposed a system that measures the temperature every 0.5 seconds while the material work is passing through. The radiation temperature is measured using proximity sensors. Measurements are taken at five points at the front, five points in the middle, and five points at the back, with the measured values uploaded to the internal network. Our company specializes in building devices and systems tailored to user needs, not only for fluid handling as in this case. We can also establish network-related flows, so please feel free to consult us. We received an inquiry from a metal processing product manufacturing company regarding the recovery of floating oil from their coolant tank. The ADB-15-PP was selected as suitable, and after testing it with a demo unit, they decided to implement it. Floating oil in water-soluble coolant tanks can lead to processing defects in the manufactured products and unpleasant odors. With the ADB model, recovery using an air diaphragm pump results in fewer troubles and is easy to operate. We recommend trying it out with a demo unit first to see the effectiveness for yourself. Free membership registrationIt can be surprisingly time-consuming to check the chemical resistance of materials each time a product is selected. Since the materials used in pumps are relatively limited, having this document that lists the chemical resistance, oil resistance, and solvent resistance of the materials will allow for efficient pump selection. As a pump manufacturer, we have selected commonly used materials for pumps and created a list of their chemical resistance. If you are considering the transfer of chemicals and the chemicals you handle are corrosive, please feel free to download and review this information. Since this is general information, please be sure to consult with us before actual implementation. For optimal pump selection, please also refer to the equipment catalog. 【Pump Lineup】 M Series: Chemical dosing pumps ADD Series: Air diaphragm pumps HT Series: Chemical magnetic pumps LC Series: Chemical submersible pumps *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

The "JCV Series" is a heat-resistant submersible pump designed to handle temperatures up to 80°C, with a short delivery time and an affordable price. When transporting with a surface pump, there was a risk of high-temperature water spraying out in the event of a pump failure, but with the heat-resistant submersible pump, there is no risk of spraying. For alkaline high-temperature wastewater (boiler discharge), the JCV-S16 series made of SUS316 can be used. 【Features of the JCV Series】 ○ Eliminates risks and burdens of replacement due to pump failure with a dedicated pump ○ Contributes to space-saving as it eliminates the need for surface pump space ○ Compatible with different voltages *For more details, please contact us or download the PDF.
