The deciding factor for our selection was the evaluation of our ability to handle "design, manufacturing, control, and construction of the entire system." To withstand an absolute vacuum of 100 Pa, we manufactured a vacuum tank. The capacity is approximately 400L, and it is designed to be split into two parts with flanges for easier cleaning. We received an order for the pH neutralization treatment, including construction, due to the addition of a new line from a food factory. All tanks were selected as heat-resistant tanks (80°C) due to the high-temperature wastewater. The pH meter was also changed to a high-temperature specification, and our heat-resistant submersible pump model JCVH was incorporated into the raw water pump. The user's wastewater is discharged in batches, and depending on the situation, it can be either acidic or alkaline. Therefore, we implemented control on both sides to accommodate either condition for neutralization. A vertical mixer for dilution stirring was installed in the sulfuric acid tank. Since the temperature was 80°C, we proposed the JCV type submersible pump with a float for ease of use. A food factory in Saitama Prefecture has ordered neutralization treatment equipment for boiler drainage and wastewater treatment in the food manufacturing process. The JCVH-40-A was adopted for transferring to the neutralization tank. Since the temperature was up to 95°C, we selected the JCVH type submersible pump with a float for ease of use and heat resistance. The wastewater flows into a temporary grease trap, so it was necessary to transfer it from there to the neutralization tank. However, the JCVH type submersible pump is designed to be compact, allowing for easy installation without issues. Even when the water level is low, the float height can be finely adjusted, allowing for customizable ON-OFF range. Additionally, while the pH of the wastewater may lean towards acidic or alkaline, the JCVH is fully covered with epoxy coating, ensuring chemical resistance. We received an order for a liquid mixing device from a major mold manufacturer. The request was to accurately mix several types of high-viscosity liquids with a viscosity of around 10,000 CP in precise ratios. We were able to deliver a device that achieved a permissible error of ±5g for a 20kg batch of finished chemicals, resulting in high user satisfaction. Before the introduction of the device, the user performed the liquid mixing process manually, but they wanted to improve efficiency and ensure proper traceability. To address this, the mixing ratios are automatically controlled using calibrated scales, and the daily liquid mixing operations are accurately recorded as data. We received an inquiry from a recycling-related factory in a certain location in Aomori Prefecture. The temperature of the transfer water is 80°C, while the existing pump was rated for a maximum temperature of 60°C. Therefore, we selected and delivered the heat-resistant submersible pump JCVH-40 (rated for 95°C). Although it was said that the existing pump deteriorated quickly, we received positive feedback that the operation of the JCVH model is going well. By using the appropriate pump, it is possible to slow down the rate of deterioration. We received an order for the installation of a large dishwasher, including pH neutralization treatment, from a major research institution. Since the wastewater discharged from the dishwasher is high-temperature, all tanks were selected to be heat-resistant (80°C). The pH meter was also changed to a high-temperature specification. The wastewater from the dishwasher fell by its own weight, so we raised the level of the dishwasher slightly to accommodate this (using a support frame). Additionally, due to the low liquid level that could flow into the neutralization tank, we designed a custom specification to allow for rapid neutralization, proposing a compact and cost-effective design, which was ultimately adopted. We received an inquiry from a major chemical manufacturing company wanting to transfer the same type of chemical solution from various tanks. Based on the Chemical Magnetic Pump HTX, we manufactured and delivered a custom specification. Since there were three different piping configurations for delivery from the tanks, we prepared three types of suction attachments to facilitate easy connections from various tanks. Instead of being used in a fixed installation, we proposed a design that allows for easy attachment and detachment using couplers, anticipating use at various sites. We refined the specifications so that one pump could be reused for different transfers. By placing the Chemical Magnetic Pump HTX and the piping on a single cart, we made it easier to handle. A certain company was concerned about damage to their denitrification equipment caused by tiny slurries mixed into the urea solution supplied to the equipment, and they requested the production of a simple filtration device. By implementing a three-stage filtration process consisting of pre-filtration, mid-stage filtration, and post-filtration, we were able to extend the life of the filters while ensuring the reliable removal of impurities. Additionally, we created bypass piping for versatile use, allowing for flexible operation, such as omitting pre-filtration in certain situations. We were able to manufacture the device within the customer's budget, which resulted in great satisfaction. The surface treatment manufacturer was stopping the line to perform cleaning work, but they requested to remove the bonding liquid (zinc phosphate) sludge without stopping the line. Since a large amount of sludge is generated, we designed a custom 100L housing. To allow the bonding sludge to be discharged directly into a drum, the housing was designed to tilt, making it user-friendly for the operators. After delivery, there have been no major issues, and sludge removal has been successful, leading them to consider an additional unit.
