Free membership registrationWe received an inquiry from Company F at the steelworks in Saga Prefecture, stating, "The scale of acid washing has increased, and we would like to automatically neutralize the wash water in the subsequent process." Currently, after acid washing, they are washing with water near the drainage ditch, which is very inefficient. Therefore, they requested to create a pit for washing and to place a neutralization device within that pit. To perform the water washing after acid washing in the pit and pump it directly to the neutralization device, we proposed the size of the collection pit and the pit itself. Additionally, they adopted a corrosion-resistant submersible pump (automatically controlled). [Case Details] ■ Delivery: Saga Prefecture Steelworks ■ Application: Automatic pH neutralization treatment of acid wash wastewater ■ Model: Acid 1-point control 400L/day *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe received an inquiry from a major engineering company stating that they have been requested by a metal product manufacturing factory to treat wastewater containing copper. Upon inquiring about the characteristics of the wastewater, we learned that there are two types: "concentrated wastewater" with a high concentration of copper and "normal wastewater" with a concentration of about 320 mg/L. Since the concentrated wastewater has a sufficient concentration for recovery, we proposed to discharge it to a line for industrial waste disposal and to focus on treating the normal wastewater. We were appreciated for our ability to quickly propose a design that meets the user's needs, leading to our adoption. [Case Study] - Copper and SS are collected after the addition of metal coagulants and polymers, then precipitated in a coagulation sedimentation tank, and discharged as sludge via a filter press. - The coagulation sedimentation tank was also designed by our company. - We confirmed that there were no issues with the shape of the rake and the rotation speed for effective coagulation and sedimentation. - Specifications: - Treatment capacity: 80t/day - Method: Chemical injection - Raw water: pH 2-3 (strong acid) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Free membership registrationWe received an inquiry from a major surface treatment manufacturer, N.P. Co., regarding their desire to "keep the new line's bonding liquid sludge in a constantly clean state." Since the liquid is high-temperature and corrosive, we selected the air-operated diaphragm filtration unit, model ADF, and conducted a filtration demonstration to verify sludge removal. The photo shows the bonding liquid sampled before and after filtration, conducted in a circulation method to keep the tank clean. (Left is the raw liquid, right is after filtration.) Furthermore, we confirmed that the filtration experiment on-site completely removed the sludge. 【Case Details】 ■ Client: Major surface treatment manufacturer N.P. Free membership registrationWe received a contact from a steel company in Hokkaido stating, "We purchased an air diaphragm pump from Company Y, but it stopped immediately, and we are in trouble." Here is a case we handled. They wanted to transfer a liquid with a viscosity of about 3000 cp at a rate of approximately 25 L/min. The discharge was horizontal for about 2 meters and vertical upwards for about 1 meter (with a resin filter in between), while the suction side was horizontal for 1 meter. There are two major differences between our ADD and other companies' products, both of which are key points for transferring high-viscosity liquids. In this case, they later ordered two additional pumps of the same model as a repeat order, resulting in a highly satisfactory outcome. [Features of our ADD] - The diaphragm uses two pieces on one side (four in total), making it strong against negative pressure and positive force. - There is a wide selection of ball materials for discharge and suction, and the sealing capability due to the valve seat is high. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe received a consultation from Company J, a major steel manufacturer, stating that "the gear pump breaks down immediately, and we are in trouble." Upon checking the fluid, we found that they were transferring high-temperature (90°C) high-viscosity oil with the gear pump. Additionally, they mentioned that a small amount of slurry (iron powder) inevitably gets mixed in, leading us to conclude that the slurry was causing the gear pump to fail. Therefore, we proposed the "Air Diaphragm Pump ADD type," and after they used a demo unit, it was adopted. 【Features of our diaphragm pump】 ■ Self-priming ■ Capable of pressure delivery ■ Can transfer slurry and viscous liquids ■ Suitable for high-temperature fluids *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe received a request from a chemical plant stating, "We would like to transfer wastewater containing high concentrations of phosphoric acid from the process storage tank using a submersible pump." Since they prefer a solution without major construction and with a float switch on a 100V single-phase system, we proposed our corrosion-resistant submersible pump model LC-251-S. They mentioned that a flow rate of about 10L/min would be sufficient, but since the pump is somewhat over-spec, we suggested adjustments using a discharge-side valve. 【Case Overview】 ■ Issues - They want to transfer wastewater containing high concentrations of phosphoric acid from the process storage tank using a submersible pump. - The currently used submersible pump quickly suffers from impeller corrosion and failure due to acid. ■ Proposal - Adopt our corrosion-resistant submersible pump model LC-251-S. - Since the pump is somewhat over-spec, we suggested adjustments using a discharge-side valve. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe received an inquiry from a major food company regarding the transfer of a highly viscous liquid, similar to fish paste, which has very low fluidity. The required discharge volume is also very small, approximately 2L/min, and it flows into the pump after being pushed through a high-pressure device (2Mpa), and is discharged at around 2Mpa as well. Additionally, the transfer temperature is quite challenging, exceeding 150℃, but we proposed the rotary lobe pump "JNH model." After lending a demo unit, we successfully received the order. For difficult transfer cases like the one mentioned above, it is essential to first confirm the feasibility of the transfer with a demo unit, identify issues, and address them through close collaboration. 【Case Details】 ■ Client: Major food manufacturing company ■ Application: Transferring high-viscosity paint from drums ■ Model: Rotary lobe pump "JNH-1-1B" (with cart and IV specifications) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe received a request from a major chemical company stating, "We would like to send a fluid mixture of solid matter at around 2000 cp (30% wt)." Upon further inquiry, they specified that the equipment must be explosion-proof, treated to prevent water and oil contamination, and require contamination-free conditions for product use. Additionally, they requested that the wetted parts be made of SUS or only PTFE if using resin, which was quite stringent. In response to these requirements, we selected the "SB-75" sanitary air diaphragm pump, and for the high-viscosity slurry, we proposed using SUS316 for the ball. While we selected PTFE for the pump body material, it was specified that exposed parts were not acceptable, so we custom-made a cover to encase everything in SUS. Since the piping connection was to be a 40 AJIS flange, we also manufactured an adapter to convert from a helix to a JIS flange. If you are having trouble with the transfer of high-viscosity slurry liquids, please feel free to contact us. [Case Details] ■ Delivery: Major chemical company ■ Application: Transfer of a mixture of hazardous fluids and solids ■ Model: SB-75 (with cover specification) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationA fuel wholesale company requested to deliver "urea water (AdBlue)" necessary due to diesel engine exhaust regulations, and we manufactured a unit that can transfer urea water on the vehicle. The issue was the power specifications specified by the user, who wanted to operate it using a 100V power supply from the truck for delivery. As a solution, we selected a 200V type magnetic pump HT and incorporated an inverter to convert the 100V power supply to 200V three-phase, also installing an inverter box for this purpose. Our company has extensive experience in the transfer and manufacturing of urea water systems. If you are considering transferring urea water, including on-vehicle transfer and precise dispensing, please feel free to contact us. 【Case Details】 ■Delivery: Fuel wholesale company ■Application: Transfer of urea water (AdBlue) from the vehicle (complete system) ■Model: HTX-440 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe received a message from a major food factory in Kansai stating that they are "looking for a neutralization device for CIP wastewater discharged from a newly established factory." Due to the complexity of the control, we proposed using a sequencer (touch panel). They appreciated that we could handle the entire construction, leading to our adoption. If neutralization does not occur for any reason, they cannot stop the equipment line. Therefore, considering all possibilities, we designed a flow that returns to the raw water tank if the average value of the two electrodes installed in the discharge tank is NG. Additionally, during the construction phase, we held discussions from the foundation design stage and worked with the user on the buried pipes from the raw water tank (concrete pit). The person in charge evaluated us by saying, "It was great to have a sales representative with technical skills whom we could entrust everything to." [Case Study] ■ Delivery: Major food company in Kansai ■ Application: pH neutralization treatment of CIP cleaning wastewater *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe received a request from a cosmetics manufacturing factory to transfer silicone oils, such as ester oils and cyclopentasiloxane, which have been thickened based on silicone oil. The viscosity varies widely, approximately 100 to 50,000 cPs, and the flow rate is around a maximum of 5L/min, so we proposed a special specification of a single-screw pump (INP type). They specified a liftable cart for use in various locations and applications, and we also integrated an inverter into the cart so that the operator can adjust the flow rate at hand. Additionally, since it is convenient to use a 100V outlet in various places, we set the inverter to 100V and shipped it with a power cable and outlet. Customers looking for total engineering solutions for high-viscosity transfer are encouraged to consult with us. 【Case Details】 ■ Delivery: Kanto Cosmetics Manufacturing Factory ■ Application: Transfer between slurry tanks, transfer to filters ■ Model: Special specification single-screw pump (with cart and inverter integrated) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe delivered an oil skimmer to a manufacturing plant in Shiga Prefecture. They expressed a desire to "try it immediately," so we proposed a trial run with a demo unit and delivered it within a few days of the order. The customer had concerns about its use for crushing applications, but they were able to confirm the actual level of crushing with the demo unit and met the specifications. Since quantifying recovery and crushing is difficult, it is important for them to use the equipment to verify that it meets the specifications, which helps prevent future issues. Our company offers demo units for the entire lineup of recovery skimmers, so please feel free to contact us. 【Case Details】 ■ Delivery: A certain steel plant in Shiga Prefecture ■ Application: Recovery of floating oil and debris in a pit with strong water flow ■ Model: Floating Oil Recovery Skimmer H-FR *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe received a message from a major concrete factory in the Kanto region stating, "We are considering updating our existing neutralization equipment due to its aging." It seemed that price was a priority for them, but the proposal from the salesperson who conducted the site survey, along with the fact that our company could handle both the installation and removal work, was highly evaluated, leading to their decision to adopt our solution. They wanted to minimize the hassle of chemical replenishment, so we selected a 2m3 tank for the chemical storage. The installation location was also separate from the main neutralization equipment. Since the chemical replenishment would be done via a tanker, we prepared the tanker piping as well. Additionally, we arranged for the chemicals themselves. Furthermore, to ensure that pH fluctuations are automatically recorded, we added a recorder as an option, which was appreciated for its flexible construction and design. [Case Details] ■ Delivery: Kanto Ready-Mixed Concrete Factory ■ Application: pH neutralization treatment of concrete wastewater *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe received a request from an engineering company that handles boiler installation work for a major canned food manufacturer, stating, "Delivery time is the top priority, and we want to neutralize the boiler wastewater." Additionally, price was also a significant concern, so we proposed the best price along with the delivery time, leading to a quick decision after several exchanges. Since the wastewater will be at a high temperature of around 80°C, the tank is made of heat-resistant PE, and the raw water pump adopted is our heat-resistant submersible pump JCVH-40-A (with float). We were able to deliver a neutralization system that meets the customer's satisfaction, leveraging our strengths in "cost, delivery time, and flexibility." 【Case Study】 ■ Delivery: Canned food factory ■ Application: pH neutralization of boiler wastewater in a food factory ■ Model: JCVH-40-A (heat-resistant submersible pump with float) *For more details, please refer to the external link page or feel free to contact us.
