We received an inquiry from an architectural design company regarding a neutralization system for a clinic that is planned to be newly constructed. Since this is a meeting at the architectural design stage, we discussed details such as the drainage route, the space for the neutralization system, and the positions of the inlet and drainage pipes. Additionally, discussions with the architectural design company included the installation location, plumbing, electrical aspects, and specifications of the neutralization system, which were also coordinated with the dialysis machine manufacturer (Nipro) to proceed in detail. With 90 beds, the required processing capacity was somewhat larger, but we were able to clear the space requirements, and we managed to compactly integrate everything, including receiving all drainage through the storage tank on the Nipro side with the neutralization system. We received an inquiry from Company F at the steelworks in Saga Prefecture, stating, "The scale of acid washing has increased, and we would like to automatically neutralize the wash water in the subsequent process." Currently, after acid washing, they are washing with water near the drainage ditch, which is very inefficient. Therefore, they requested to create a pit for washing and to place a neutralization device within that pit. To perform the water washing after acid washing in the pit and pump it directly to the neutralization device, we proposed the size of the collection pit and the pit itself. [Pump Delivery Case] Neutralization Treatment of Wastewater Containing Copper

The key is the flexible design! There are no issues in confirming the coagulation and sedimentation, even in parts that require know-how, such as the shape of the rake.

We received an inquiry from a major engineering company stating that they have been requested by a metal product manufacturing factory to treat wastewater containing copper. Upon inquiring about the characteristics of the wastewater, we learned that there are two types: "concentrated wastewater" with a high concentration of copper and "normal wastewater" with a concentration of about 320 mg/L. Since the concentrated wastewater has a sufficient concentration for recovery, we proposed to discharge it to a line for industrial waste disposal and to focus on treating the normal wastewater. We were appreciated for our ability to quickly propose a design that meets the user's needs, leading to our adoption. [Pump Delivery Case] Transferring 3000 cp Viscosity Liquid from a Drum

Solving the problem of 'immediate shutdown with products from other companies'! Capable of handling high viscosity and high temperatures.

We received a contact from a steel company in Hokkaido stating, "We purchased an air diaphragm pump from Company Y, but it stopped immediately, and we are in trouble." Here is a case we handled. They wanted to transfer a liquid with a viscosity of about 3000 cp at a rate of approximately 25 L/min. The discharge was horizontal for about 2 meters and vertical upwards for about 1 meter (with a resin filter in between), while the suction side was horizontal for 1 meter. There are two major differences between our ADD and other companies' products, both of which are key points for transferring high-viscosity liquids. In this case, they later ordered two additional pumps of the same model as a repeat order, resulting in a highly satisfactory outcome. Upon discussing their needs, we learned that currently, after acid washing, they are washing with water near a drainage ditch, which is very inefficient. They expressed a desire to create a pit for washing and to place a neutralization device within that pit. Therefore, we proposed a collection pit and pit size to allow for washing after acid treatment within the pit and to pump the water directly to the neutralization device. I want to transport a viscous slurry in a harsh environment! Since exposing the resin is not allowed, we custom-made a cover.

We received a request from a major chemical company stating, "We would like to send a fluid mixture of solid matter at around 2000 cp (30% wt)." Upon further inquiry, they specified that the equipment must be explosion-proof, treated to prevent water and oil contamination, and require contamination-free conditions for product use. Additionally, they requested that the wetted parts be made of SUS or only PTFE if using resin, which was quite stringent. In response to these requirements, we selected the "SB-75" sanitary air diaphragm pump, and for the high-viscosity slurry, we proposed using SUS316 for the ball. While we selected PTFE for the pump body material, it was specified that exposed parts were not acceptable, so we custom-made a cover to encase everything in SUS. Since the piping connection was to be a 40 AJIS flange, we also manufactured an adapter to convert from a helix to a JIS flange. Designing a flow tailored to our customers! We will introduce examples of delivered automatic pH neutralization systems.

We received a message from a major food factory in Kansai stating that they are "looking for a neutralization device for CIP wastewater discharged from a newly established factory." Due to the complexity of the control, we proposed using a sequencer (touch panel). They appreciated that we could handle the entire construction, leading to our adoption. If neutralization does not occur for any reason, they cannot stop the equipment line. Therefore, considering all possibilities, we designed a flow that returns to the raw water tank if the average value of the two electrodes installed in the discharge tank is NG. Additionally, during the construction phase, we held discussions from the foundation design stage and worked with the user on the buried pipes from the raw water tank (concrete pit).
