A certain food company consulted us about updating their aging water supply equipment, specifically to install a filtration system that can easily filter out trace amounts of iron and sludge contained in well water, including a water tank and water pump. We conducted a hearing to understand the user's production volume changes and future needs, which helped us select the appropriate water tank and pump. After completing the trial operation, we confirmed that the bag filter effectively removed iron and sludge. Although the bag filter is a consumable item, the running costs were acceptable to the client, resulting in a highly satisfactory plant installation. Free membership registrationWe received a request from a certain manufacturer in Tokyo stating, "We are looking for a compact heat-resistant submersible pump," and we proposed and were adopted for the JCVH-40 model, which can withstand temperatures of up to 95°C. The application was for constructing a recycling system for wastewater discharged from high-temperature industrial washing machines. The wastewater had a high alkalinity with a pH of about 10.5, containing detergents, but the JCVH was able to handle it. Additionally, the compact size of the JCVH made it a perfect fit for integration into the equipment. The heat-resistant submersible pump JCVH-40 has a space-saving design that can be installed in an area of approximately 300×200. It can also handle a certain level of chemical liquids, making it user-friendly. We also offer models with floats, so customers considering automatic control are encouraged to consult with us. Free membership registrationA company specializing in the recovery of LiBr (lithium bromide) used in absorption chillers and heat exchangers in Aichi Prefecture contacted us, stating that they are looking for a pump that can recover lithium bromide solution in a short time. The pump they had been using was an electric double diaphragm pump, which was quite heavy and difficult to handle on-site, so we proposed the "Electric Diaphragm Pump SN Model" and arranged for them to use a demo unit once. They operated the demo unit, including checking the recovery capacity (suction capability) and corrosion resistance (as lithium bromide is a corrosive liquid), and we gathered their feedback. They expressed positive comments such as "It's small, lightweight, and easy to use" and "I was surprised by its power, more than I expected," leading to its adoption on-site. Free membership registrationWe received an inquiry from a waste disposal company in Oita Prefecture regarding the recovery of oil flowing into a newly established treatment plant's drainage pit. The recovery itself can be easily accomplished with the floating oil recovery pump skimmer "H-FR series," but they were also concerned about separation. Therefore, we proposed a separation tank and delivered it as part of a system with the recovery skimmer. Since they wanted it installed outdoors and above the pit, we closely coordinated the dimensions and layout, and manufactured the separation tank according to the user's specifications. 【Case Study】 ■ Delivery: Waste disposal company in Oita Prefecture ■ Purpose: Recovery and separation of oil flowing into the drainage pit ■ Model: H-250FR + separation tank (SS + coating) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe received an inquiry from a certain heavy industry company in the Kansai region regarding the possibility of recovering floating oil in a narrow drainage pit with strong water flow. First, we lent them a demo unit of the H-FR type for evaluation. The on-site demonstration successfully recovered the oil without any issues and received positive feedback; however, there was one challenge. Due to the strong and narrow water flow in the pit, the recovery pump skimmer was hitting the inner walls of the pit, and they requested a solution to prevent this. In response, we proposed a guide pipe specification to protect the outer circumference of the floating oil recovery pump skimmer, which they adopted. 【Features】 ■ Delivery: Heavy industry company in the Kansai region ■ Application: Recovery of floating oil and debris in pits with strong water flow ■ Model: H-750FR (with guide pipe) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe received an inquiry from a painting contractor in Aichi Prefecture asking if we could perform pH neutralization treatment for wastewater containing asbestos paint removal. Since it will be used at various sites, they wanted to mount it on a truck for operation. We designed and proposed it considering outdoor use and vibration resistance with a unit frame. Regarding the removal of asbestos-containing paint, the user expressed a desire to neutralize only the supernatant. Therefore, we devised a flow using a float skimmer and an air diaphragm pump of the ADD type to only suck up the supernatant. We also ensured that the control panel could complete the integration with the neutralization treatment process, and we addressed the pressurization for further filtration of the neutralized raw water with the ADD type. Free membership registration● The existing pump stops operating We received a consultation from a certain cosmetics manufacturing factory. The submersible pump currently in use is not designed for high temperatures, so it stops immediately after starting, making it difficult to transfer hot water. Therefore, we adopted the H2 JCV series, which allows for stable transfer even at high temperatures of 80°C. ● The burden on operators has been eliminated! Previously, every time the pump stopped operating, the managers had to wait for the temperature to drop or pull it up to check the situation, which was a significant burden. Since switching to the heat-resistant submersible pump JCV series, it has continued to operate stably even at high temperatures, resulting in a reduced burden on the operators.

Free membership registration●I want to use the hot water from the Japanese kettle in a separate process. In the sake brewery, there is a vessel called "Koshiki," which is used for soaking rice and steaming it with steam generated from below. It plays an important role in the sake-making process. The Koshiki is placed on top of a Japanese kettle filled with boiling water for steaming. The hot water from that kettle can be reused in subsequent processes, but until now, the submersible pumps had a low heat resistance, often stopping during use. ●Heat-resistant submersible pumps are effective for hot water sterilization. By using the heat-resistant submersible pump JCV series, it has become easy to make effective use of hot water. (The photo above shows the JCV type heat-resistant submersible pump being placed into the Japanese kettle.) To avoid compromising the flavor, disinfection with detergents is not used, and in sake breweries where hot water sterilization is mainstream, the hot water from the Japanese kettle is used for hot water sterilization in various locations.

Free membership registration● Adopted for the transport of alkaline high-temperature wastewater We received an inquiry about high-temperature water transport from a major steelworks, and they chose our heat-resistant water pump, the JCV series. Due to the alkaline nature of the wastewater, it is made entirely of stainless steel, and it successfully cleared the silica-based SS concentration without any issues. Liquid specifications: pH 12.5, SS = 50 ppm (silica-based SS), liquid temperature 70°C ● Short delivery times for different voltages are also possible The request was for 440V three-phase, and we can accommodate it with the usual delivery time for all-stainless steel. While other companies' 440V pumps may take about three months for delivery, H2, which specializes in manufacturing heat-resistant water pumps, can ship in about half that time. If customers are struggling with poor delivery times when their pumps from other manufacturers fail, please feel free to consult us.

Free membership registration● The gear pump breaks down quickly, causing trouble We received a consultation from Company J, a major steel manufacturer, stating, "The gear pump breaks down quickly, and we are in trouble." Upon checking the fluid, we found that they were transferring high-temperature (90°C) high-viscosity oil with the gear pump. Additionally, they mentioned that a small amount of slurry (iron powder) inevitably mixes in, leading us to conclude that the slurry was causing the gear pump to fail. We proposed the air diaphragm pump model ADD, and after they used a demo unit, they decided to adopt it. ● High-temperature fluid + slurry + high-viscosity compatibility The features of the diaphragm pump include "self-priming," "pressure delivery," and "capability to transfer slurry and viscous liquids." Our company has further developed technology from heat-resistant pumps to also apply to diaphragm pumps, enabling them to handle high-temperature fluids. There are not many pumps that can meet such harsh conditions. Generally, gear pumps, which are said to be suitable for transferring high-viscosity oils, often struggle with slurry. We received positive evaluations for meeting the conditions while also being cost-effective. Customers experiencing frequent gear pump failures are encouraged to consider this option.

Free membership registration●For the precise injection of small amounts of neutralizing agent (caustic soda). We received an order for a pH automatic neutralization treatment system from Company A, a major glass manufacturer. H2's pH automatic neutralization treatment system is equipped with our own devices, and the quantitative injection pump is also adopted from our company. ●Accurate injection of small amounts below 10 mL/min. The injection of caustic soda required a small amount of injection below 10 mL/min. Additionally, the operation is batch-type, and due to the infrequent nature of the site, responsiveness and recovery in case of air contamination were concerns. H2's quantitative diaphragm pump optimizes the volume change rate of the pump head and the diaphragm shape, achieving both prevention of air lock and quantitative performance, thus enabling precise injection even under severe conditions.

Free membership registration●Making small-scale sewer pipe work easier We received an inquiry from Company T in the Kanto region, stating, "We want to make the pressure delivery of the chemical solution easier for the chemical injection method aimed at stopping water underground." The chemical solution requires mixing equal amounts of water glass and hardener underground, necessitating corrosion resistance, pressure, and metering capabilities. ●Smaller and lighter than before. Easy to handle! Previously, a large electric diaphragm pump (weighing over 100 kg!) was used, which caused significant difficulties even at simple job sites. However, with H2's air diaphragm pump, it weighs 1/5 of the original, is less than half the size, and can perform the same work as the conventional product. Since it is air-driven by a compressor, it has been rated higher in terms of workability and safety compared to conventional products. The previously concerning "metering capability" was also resolved by adjusting the flow rate at the air input to maintain the same "air supply amount." Mixing the two liquids (in equal amounts) was not an issue either. Cleaning the pump after delivery is also easy, and we received positive feedback in all aspects compared to conventional products.

The chiller (made in Italy) used by the customer broke down, and since the repair would incur significant costs, they requested an update of the cooling system, including the chiller. The cooling water is used after the heating process when turning waste plastic into pellets, so overall temperature management and reliable pump transfer were required. ● Using a Magnet Pump HT type for cooling water circulation. The chiller was updated to a Hitachi model, and a Magnet Pump HTX-440 was used for the transfer from the PE cushion tank, the return from the heat exchanger, and the transfer to the cooling tower. It serves as the core of the system due to its durability and reliable transfer capabilities. Additionally, at the customer's request, to regularly maintain against resin pellet blockages, inline strainers were installed in various parts to improve maintainability.

Free membership registration● Using HT type for urea water transfer With the upgrade of the specifications of the urea water transfer device that we have been using, we designed and manufactured the device in-house. It was particularly required to have high accuracy for the sale of urea water (AdBlue), and since a flow rate of over 200L/min was desired, we selected the magnetic pump HTX-441P and completed it as a compact device. To prevent erroneous detection of the flow meter due to air mixing, we devised the piping line and placed multi-joints in various locations for easy maintenance. A strainer was installed to prevent foreign matter contamination, as this is for the urea water used in truck SCR systems. We incorporated all the requests from the transportation company. ● Designed with consideration for installation on tank trucks, including vibration resistance and heat dissipation For use on tank trucks, we equipped the device with vibration-damping rubber to account for severe vibrations. To achieve stable operation even in harsh outdoor temperatures, we installed louvers near the magnetic pump. A recording device capable of issuing receipts is equipped on the right side of the front of the device. By turning the switch ON, it is possible to easily issue a receipt for the most recent flow rate.

Free membership registration● Manufacturing line halted! A competitor's magnetic pump integrated into the existing chiller has failed. Due to the different voltage (440V), we were informed that it would take 1.5 months for delivery, and we received a consultation saying, "The manufacturing line has stopped, and we are in trouble!" With H2's chemical magnetic pump, we can respond to standard delivery times even for different voltages (440V). After selecting a suitable product, the order was placed immediately, and we also received an order for the piping and electrical work associated with the replacement of the competitor's pump. ● Piping and electrical work are also handled by the manufacturer, ensuring speed and quality. In collaboration with our partner company, installation work was carried out on-site immediately after the pump was completed. We faced challenges with piping in a narrow space, but we successfully completed the installation and confirmed that the trial operation adjustments worked without any issues. As in this case, if you are a user facing a failure of a pump with a different voltage and need to restore it as soon as possible, please contact H2.

Free membership registration●Failure of the bonding liquid circulation filtration pump There are many failures of air diaphragm pumps - (The item marked with a red circle in the photo is the defective product.) We received a consultation from the maintenance department, and it was noted that the existing pumps from a certain manufacturer had frequent failures, leading to consideration of switching to the H2 model ADD type. The liquid used is bonding liquid (manganese phosphate) which is high temperature and contains slurry. The flow involved drawing from the bonding tank, passing through filtration, and circulating it. After thorough inquiries with the users, it was found that the valves and valve seats were experiencing significant wear due to the slurry. Additionally, considering that SUS (stainless steel) materials tend to have a relatively longer lifespan, we proposed and adopted a specially designed SUS valve seat. ●For those troubled by failures of other companies' pumps The deciding factors for adoption were: 1. The initial cost is overwhelmingly low. 2. The manufacturer’s ability to flexibly respond to special specifications. 3. The option to verify the lifespan of the ball material against the SUS valve seat. 4. Good maintenance characteristics. These four points were evaluated, leading to the adoption. At H2, we provide liquid contact parts arranged for the site as described above.

Free membership registration●Transporting AdBlue in Explosive Areas We want to transport AdBlue quickly and reliably. After receiving inquiries from users, we proposed an air diaphragm pump, which was adopted. - We want to transport from a 1000L storage tank (IBC tank) quickly. - We want self-priming capability and to ensure no residual liquid remains. - We want to transport AdBlue gently without stirring the liquid. - We want to use high-pressure air as the power source so it can be used in explosive areas. - We want the installation to the tank to be simple. All of the above requirements were met, and it was adopted. ●For any inquiries regarding AdBlue pumps and equipment, please feel free to consult us. In explosive areas, electric pumps become explosion-proof and expensive. We want to issue receipts as a simple dispenser. Is there a better pump than the handheld type we are currently using? Free membership registration● Self-priming and pumping of high-viscosity slurry We received an inquiry from a major chemical company, Company S, regarding the transfer of ceramic slurry. Ceramic slurry is a high-viscosity liquid with particle inclusion, and this time, self-priming capability and pumping capability were also part of the evaluation. We proposed the ADD model air diaphragm pump, which was used on-site. The evaluation was very positive, and the on-site personnel were convinced, leading to its adoption. ● Key factors for adoption by a major chemical company The key factors for adoption were: 1. Initial costs are lower compared to other companies. 2. Flexible response as a manufacturer to special specifications. 3. Consumables (such as diaphragms) are also cheaper compared to other companies. 4. High evaluation of transfer and pumping capabilities with the demo unit. Based on the above four points, it was adopted. The features of the diaphragm pump are "self-priming," "pumping capability," and "ability to transfer slurry and viscous liquids." We also have demo units available, so please feel free to contact us.

Free membership registration●Delivery while checking the flow rate with a dedicated AdBlue (urea water) pump. Conventional handheld pumps are expensive and prone to breakdowns. Listening to such feedback from users, the AdBlue (urea water) dedicated pump model SN was created. - Affordable pricing with a flow meter included - More powerful than handheld pumps, with a flow rate of 50L/min - Self-priming (can run dry), resulting in fewer breakdowns - Gently delivers liquid with a diaphragm, eliminating sliding parts, which reduces the risk of foreign material contamination due to wear. ●Flow management is possible with the included flow meter The flow meter allows for easy verification of the amount delivered when supplying AdBlue (urea water). It comes with a stainless steel frame for IBC tanks, and installation is as simple as placing it on top. Just connect the suction inlet (shown in the photo) to the IBC tank, and once the power is turned on, the transfer will begin.

Free membership registration●Improvement for Women to Work We received a consultation from Company B, a major manufacturer in Aichi Prefecture, stating, "We have been lifting adhesive (in a 20-liter can) to refill it at the top of the tank, but is there a way to transfer it using a pump?" The adhesive is a high-viscosity liquid containing ethyl acetate and toluene, and since it was in an explosion-proof designated area, we proposed an air diaphragm pump of the ADD type in stainless steel (SUS) specification. Given that the viscosity of the adhesive was 12,000 CP, we selected a 25A diameter to ensure a comfortable margin. The transfer was completed without any issues. Subsequently, to reduce operational noise, we added a higher-grade silencer, and we also custom-built a mounting frame (SUS) for the pump. ●Meeting User Needs We received positive feedback from the user, stating, "It was very helpful due to the company's policy of enabling women to work." Additionally, we proposed and adopted a dedicated hose fixing device because it was dangerous for the hose to come off when inserting it into the 20-liter can. Once the adhesive transfer is completed, the next step is to transfer the next 20-liter can, so we made it possible to change the hose with minimal contact with the chemicals.

Free membership registration● A handheld pump for drums cannot transfer high-viscosity liquids! We received an inquiry from a chemical manufacturer who wanted to transfer a polymer coagulant (diluted). After the chemical manufacturer filled three types (three compartments) of chemicals into a PE tank, the user was to transfer the coagulant from each chemical solution, as shown in the photo. They also expressed a desire to transfer the liquids simply, without large-scale equipment. Normally, a handheld pump used for drum containers would be selected for standard chemical solutions, but in this case, the high viscosity made it impossible to transfer with a regular handheld pump. ● A compact pump that can self-prime and transfer chemical liquids The SN model is an electric diaphragm type with a flow rate of 50L/min, which is sufficient for small-scale dispensing, and it can run dry. It can suck up the chemical solution down to the bottom. Additionally, the advantages of the diaphragm type include its ability to handle high viscosity and slurries, making it flexible enough to accommodate various chemical liquids that traditional handheld pumps cannot handle. It also offers a price advantage compared to handheld pumps, leading to its adoption.

Free membership registration●Refilling without opening the tank lid Typically, the addition of neutralizing agents such as caustic soda or sulfuric acid into the chemical tank of a pH automatic neutralization device was primarily done manually or with handheld insertion pumps. In recent years, due to an increased awareness of safety, more customers have requested "keyed" tank inlets. The issue that arises is the hassle of having to "unlock" each time chemicals are refilled. To address this, H2 has installed a self-priming diaphragm pump onto a PVC tank, with the discharge side piped to the tank, allowing the suction hose to be inserted into a polycan or pail, enabling refilling simply by turning on a switch. ●No dangerous chemicals splashing around! The advantage is that dangerous chemicals can be refilled without opening the keyed inlet. There is no longer a problem of where to store the handheld pump after use. Since the discharge side is piped, the risk of the "discharge hose coming off the tank and causing a large amount of chemicals to splash around," which could be alarming with a handheld pump, has been eliminated. This is a safety measure that was previously unimaginable with conventional self-priming pumps.

Free membership registration●We want to reduce the amount of rust preventive oil. We received an inquiry from N.P. Company, a major surface treatment manufacturer, asking if there is a good pump for reducing the amount of rust preventive oil. The best method for use is to draw up the rust preventive oil and spray it with a gun nozzle, so we adopted the self-priming diaphragm pump model SN. When using a general-purpose pump with a gun nozzle to flow and stop the fluid, the problems that arise are: "the internal pressure continues to rise, causing blowout troubles from the piping" and "additional equipment like pressure switches becomes necessary, leading to high costs." ●With powerful self-priming and pumping capabilities, it can be used just by hanging it on the wall. The H2 SN model has a built-in relief valve, so even with frequent ON-OFF operations using the gun nozzle, it circulates within the pump and keeps the internal pressure below a certain level. The self-priming capability of the SN model is high, and this time it was delivered as a wall-mounted set, allowing fluid transfer using the gun nozzle simply by inserting the suction hose into the rust preventive oil. There are no initial costs for construction, and the person in charge commented, "If we were to try to do the same thing, it would normally cost 3 to 5 times more than H2's proposal."

Free membership registration●I want to transport delicate ice without breaking it. We received an inquiry from a device manufacturer in Mie Prefecture asking if it was possible to gently transport fine ice using a DC drive. We proposed using the DC type of H2's electric diaphragm pump and promptly conducted a demonstration. ●The ice remains intact. With the pulsation-free diaphragm pump from major manufacturer T, the ice was damaged, and the cost was also high. Initially, Company N had doubts about using a diaphragm pump, but the results of the demonstration were astonishing. Since Company N's device is designed to produce fine ice, it was absolutely essential that the ice not be damaged during transport. However, with the SS model, we were able to transport the ice without any damage at all. Company N expressed their satisfaction, saying, "Costs have decreased, and we are very pleased with the results."

Free membership registration● The shape and size of solid materials are variable, and the wastewater contains mixed solvents for the recovery of suspended solids. In the wastewater treatment of a painting factory, the recovery of floating solids when two lines of wastewater mixed in the pit has been a challenge. The painting wastewater contains solvent-based components, and the suspended solids vary in shape and size. Despite such conditions, our floating solid recovery pump skimmer, the 【H-FR】, is performing excellently. ● It reliably follows water surface fluctuations and water flow. The wastewater treatment capacity is 1 ton per hour, and although there were significant fluctuations in the water surface and water flow, it is reliably transporting solids. There have been no adverse effects from the solvents, and the two units are operating alternately to continuously recover solids from the wastewater for 24 hours.

Free membership registration●Recovery of floating oil using a self-priming pump "I would like to recover floating oil using an existing self-priming chemical pump (from another manufacturer)." To meet the customer's request, we modified the float of our floating oil recovery skimmer and delivered it. We attached a custom-made suction inlet and hose attachment to the float, which is floated on the target water, enabling the recovery of oil using a self-priming pump. We were able to meet the request for "as low cost as possible," resulting in a satisfactory outcome for the customer. ●After transfer, filtration and circulation process The user originally had a self-priming filter from Company W, but with the expansion, it became necessary to recover the floating oil in the newly added tank. They were considering reusing the existing self-priming filter (pump) for the expansion to reduce initial costs. However, due to the high price of the float (parts only) from Company W, they consulted with us, and after thorough specification discussions, our solution was adopted.

Free membership registration● Collecting waste oil like a vacuum cleaner We received a consultation from a user who wanted to collect waste oil like a vacuum cleaner, and we proposed the air diaphragm pump, which was adopted. 1. Want to collect a small amount of liquid 2. Needs self-priming capability and wants to collect waste oil like a vacuum cleaner 3. Also wants to collect slurry liquid 4. The collection and disposal locations are far apart 5. Can cover multiple collection locations with one unit (portable) We addressed the above five points by using the air diaphragm pump and making it easy to transport with a cart design. ● Waste oil accumulated in a drum can be discharged simply by switching the valve There is no need to lift the drum and carry it to the disposal location. With just the operation of the valve, it is possible to transfer the contents of the drum directly.

Free membership registration● We want to keep the bonding solution (manganese phosphate) in a clean state at all times. We received a consultation from N.P. Corporation, a major surface treatment manufacturer, stating, "We want to keep the bonding solution sludge in the new line in a clean state at all times." Since it is a high-temperature and corrosive liquid, we selected the air diaphragm type filtration unit ADF and conducted a filtration demonstration to verify sludge removal. ● No more sludge! To keep the tank clean at all times, we performed filtration in a circulation method, and the samples of the bonding solution before and after filtration are shown in the above photo. Furthermore, we confirmed in on-site filtration experiments that we could completely remove sludge as shown below. H2 has extensive experience and a proven track record in bonding solution filtration, having many partnerships with surface treatment factories.

Free membership registration● Significant Cost Benefits The user was using a 500mm 5μ string-wound filter cartridge as a pre-filter for their pure water system. In light of a cost review for the filter cartridges currently in use (replaced 2-3 times a week), they evaluated our string-wound filter cartridges. It was determined that our cartridges could be used without any loss of quality compared to the existing manufacturer's products, leading to the decision to switch to our cost-effective solution. ● Costs Reduced by Half. Quality is Equivalent. Our cartridges were priced at half the cost of the existing products, which initially raised concerns about inferior quality. However, the evaluation confirmed that the quality was indeed equivalent. At H2, we recommend providing samples for testing to customers considering switching filter cartridges. To alleviate concerns about low-cost products being of poor quality, we encourage customers to verify the equivalent quality in real-world applications before making a decision to implement our solution.

Free membership registration● Emphasis on Quality and Cost Performance We are considering a pure water system for drug dilution. After consulting with the equipment manufacturer, we proposed an ion exchange pure water system, which was adopted. We used a conductivity meter (EC meter) from Technomorioka and set it to issue an error signal when the upper limit (1.0μS/m) is reached via an analog signal. Initially, we planned for a water collection volume of about 8000L, but it turned out to be nearly double at around 14000L, resulting in a satisfactory outcome for the user. ● Quick Response for Ion Exchange Resin Regeneration Regeneration of the ion exchange resin can be done in about a week after the return of the canister. Of course, we can also offer proposals for regeneration costs that excel in cost performance. Additionally, H2 can design and construct RO pure water systems.

Free membership registration●Reusable PVC punching processing We received an inquiry from a certain industrial waste treatment plant, stating, "We want to remove the sludge contained in the waste acid to protect pumps and other equipment." Since there is a possibility of corrosion with metal materials, we custom-manufactured a filter made entirely of PVC. The user requested that the filtration system be reusable and washable, rather than using bags or cartridges, so we created a basket with PVC punching. The mesh size was also manufactured according to the user's specifications. ●Easy to clean. Denden bolt specification By using a denden bolt for the opening and closing of the lid, we devised a way for operators to safely and easily clean the strainer. The interior is completely sealed with a gasket, and the pressure resistance is designed to match that of the transfer pump. H2 has extensive experience in sludge removal at industrial waste treatment facilities and surface treatment plants.

Free membership registration● Semi-custom made! We received an inquiry from Company S, a chemical plant, regarding the replacement of their aging polymer coagulant dissolution device. The existing polymer coagulant dissolution device frequently experienced bridging (solidification), and there were many issues, such as the need to add coagulant using a cup. At H2, we conducted thorough hearings with the user and proposed the latest model of polymer coagulant, which was adopted with consideration for the user's usability. ● If you are having trouble with polymer coagulant dissolution devices, please consult us. The main changes in specifications are: 1. The dissolution tank is made of SUS. 2. The hopper is made of SUS. 3. Areas with operational accident risks, such as the drive unit, will be secured with locks according to user specifications. We mainly made the above three specification changes. H2 specializes in "semi-custom" manufacturing tailored to user needs, not only for polymer coagulant dissolution devices. Please feel free to consult us.

Free membership registration● Neutralization of strong acid in a 500×500 space A major construction machinery manufacturer consulted us, asking, "Could you create a unit for transporting AdBlue?" The construction machinery (such as cranes) is expected to be used in locations without power, and they requested that the transport unit be battery-operated. We proposed using the electric diaphragm pump model SS, which has a proven track record with urea solution, housed together with the battery and nozzle inside a box. ● Compact neutralization device for H2 1. The metering pump is used for both the injection pump and the raw water pump. By neutralizing in small amounts, we ensured reliable neutralization without leaning towards alkalinity. 2. To be installed in the pathology room, we designed the device to also accommodate the polycan of the neutralizing agent (caustic soda), while minimizing operational noise. 3. Since off-the-shelf stirring machines could not meet our needs for the neutralization tank, we manufactured our own, contributing to space-saving. 4. The simple control panel allows for easy operation. Additionally, the stirring machine can adjust its rotation speed with an inverter, enabling it to accommodate changes in processing volume.

Free membership registration●I want to supply water in a place without power. We received a request from a construction machinery manufacturer to "create a unit for transferring AdBlue." Construction machinery (such as cranes) is expected to be used in locations without power, and there is a request for a battery-operated transfer unit. We proposed using the electric diaphragm pump model SS, which has a proven track record with urea water, housed together with the battery and nozzle inside a box. ● Operates for 150 minutes on a full charge. This equates to approximately 3000 liters of water supply. The design ensures that the battery, gun nozzle, suction hose, and discharge hose all fit inside the box. The pump specifications allow for a transfer rate of 20L/min over a distance of 20m, and it is equipped with a heater to accommodate use in remote areas. It also serves to prevent the freezing of AdBlue. With a full charge, it can operate for 150 minutes, allowing for the transfer of approximately 3000 liters of urea water. (DC24V) Additionally, charging can be done using the included charger, which can connect to DC12V or 24V, or to a 100V outlet for charging, making it a multi-charge type.

Free membership registration●Cooling 100℃ boric acid and aluminum phosphate-containing water and transferring it with a submersible pump We received an inquiry from a wood processing manufacturing company in Fukuoka Prefecture, stating, "We would like to transfer a chemical fluid containing boric acid and aluminum phosphate at 100℃ from a drum using a submersible pump." The concentrations were each below 20%, but we proposed the JCVH type, which has high corrosion resistance due to its epoxy coating, considering both temperature and corrosion resistance. ●Cooling from 100℃ to 95℃ for transfer! The heat-resistant submersible pump JCVH type has a heat resistance temperature of 95℃, so they were satisfied with the operation of lowering the 100℃ hot water to 95℃ for use. We received feedback that they have been able to transfer without any issues after the installation.
