This is an introduction to a case where a heat-resistant submersible pump "JCV-15-50-A" was delivered to a hot spring resource utilization facility in Tottori Prefecture. It is used to pump hot spring wastewater from the underground bath pit, and we proposed the JCV type with a float. The float of the heat-resistant submersible pump is, of course, heat-resistant, making it particularly useful in cases where there is no room to install electrodes in a narrow pit. Additionally, since the float is directly attached, control through a control panel is unnecessary. Automatic ON-OFF control according to the water level is possible while the power is on. [Case Details] ■ Delivery: Tottori Prefecture Hot Spring Resource Utilization Facility ■ Application: Transportation of hot spring (high-temperature water) ■ Model: Heat-resistant submersible pump "JCV-15-50-A (with heat-resistant float)" *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationA major paint manufacturer consulted us about wanting to transfer high-viscosity liquid from a stirring tank. Based on the conditions of "high-viscosity paint with a viscosity of about 10,000 CP," "a horizontal draw of 3 meters from the tank is required," and "transfer to the production machine after self-priming," we proposed the ADD type air diaphragm pump. After delivery to the user, we received a call saying it "doesn't suck." Upon discussing the situation, we found that the conditions for the liquid, air supply, and installation were all fine, and we were puzzled as to why it wasn't working. However, from the installation photos provided by the customer, it became clear that the suction inlet diameter was restricted. The pump diameter is 15A, but it was narrowed down to 9A. When we requested the use of a hose with an inner diameter of φ15, it began to self-prime without any issues, and we received words of gratitude. [Case Study] ■ Delivery: Paint Manufacturer ■ Application: Horizontal transfer and pumping of high-viscosity paint ■ Model: ADD-15-SS (Air Diaphragm Pump) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe received an inquiry from an industrial waste disposal factory that handles battery recycling, stating, "When processing oil and other substances leak due to heavy rain, we collect them in drums and send them to a separate waste disposal company because it exceeds our wastewater treatment capacity. We would like to reduce that cost." In response, we proposed the recovery device with a separation tank, "ADB type," and promptly conducted a demonstration on-site. We confirmed that by placing a float in the drum (as shown in the photo), we could collect the surface oil, which led to an immediate order. With the introduction of the device, only the recovered oil becomes industrial waste, resulting in a significant reduction in volume compared to conventional methods. Free membership registrationA major housing manufacturer consulted us, stating, "We would like to transport high-viscosity paint mixed with patterned slurry at high pressure." They specified, "The water-based paint has a viscosity of about 50,000 CP," and "We need a pressure of 2.0 MPa for pumping," along with the condition that "pulsation-free operation is preferred." Based on these requirements, we proposed the sanitary single-screw pump model "INPS." Additionally, when we learned that the user planned to incorporate the pump into a cart, we informed them, "We can also assemble and ship it on a cart," which they were very pleased about, leading to an immediate order. The cart was manufactured based on the user's drawings, and we delivered a covered cart made entirely of stainless steel. This project was completed under a very tight deadline, and we were able to meet the user's price expectations, resulting in a highly satisfactory case. Free membership registrationA major chemical and cosmetics company consulted us about wanting to transfer a high-viscosity liquid of approximately 400,000 cp. Upon further inquiry about the application, they mentioned that they would mix several types of raw materials in a raw material tank, use it in an explosion-proof area, pump the mixed liquid to a bead mill, and that they required cleaning capability, temperature control, and pressure monitoring. Therefore, we selected the high-viscosity transfer pump "INPS-100," which excels in cleaning capability. Due to a very tight delivery schedule, existing agitator manufacturers could not meet the deadline, so we manufactured it ourselves. The impeller shape was made as a disc turbine type at the user's request. We calculated the rotational speed and gear torque, and accommodated it with an explosion-proof motor. Free membership registrationWe received a request from waste disposal company S, stating that they are looking for a provider that can not only handle installation work but also create a neutralization system tailored to their specific requirements instead of a standard unit. In response, we designed and proposed a pH neutralization system that incorporates their needs, which was subsequently adopted. We eliminated touch panels from the control panel and designed it for intuitive analog operation, making it easier for workers to understand. The pH electrode, which is crucial for inspections, was also strategically placed for easy access during checks. There are not many manufacturers of neutralization treatment systems that can also handle installation work. Please consider us, as we are both a manufacturer of pH neutralization systems and a plant manufacturer. Free membership registrationWe received an inquiry from a removal and demolition contractor in Hiroshima Prefecture regarding the pH neutralization treatment of asbestos-containing wash water. They requested that we be able to handle both acidic and alkaline wastewater, so we addressed this with additional design. It was noted that the sludge would settle in a sedimentation tank provided by the customer during the pre-treatment stage, so we configured the flow to only suck the supernatant using a float skimmer and an ADD-type air diaphragm pump. We also ensured that the integration with the neutralization treatment process could be completed with a single control panel, and we addressed the pressurization for further filtration of the neutralized raw water using the ADD type.
