When air blowing is performed for the purpose of reducing cleaning time in equipment, although the objects may become clean, the dust and particles blown away by the air will disperse in that area. In the process of removing the black scale (black rust) from the surface of carbon steel (general steel) after heat treatment (tempering), "shot blasting" is performed. Although the main body of the equipment is equipped with a dust collection system, it cannot completely eliminate the invisible dust, and within a day, the workers' masks become completely black. The size of this workspace is 120 square meters with a height of 5 meters, resulting in a volume of 600 cubic meters. The QleanAir FS 70 Standard (suspended dust cleaner) has an air processing capacity of 3000 cubic meters per hour, capturing suspended dust and supplying air that has been filtered. With the introduction of one unit, the air is replaced every 12 minutes.
