"There is a problem where the indoor temperature in summer is hot, and we want to implement heat countermeasures. We also want to save on fuel." This was the challenge we faced. As a solution, we applied high-temperature heat-insulating sheets to the paint drying oven. (The installation was carried out by the customer.) As a result, the surface radiation temperature of the oven was reduced from 130°C to 30°C, achieving a decrease of 100°C. There was a challenge where "the control panel located near the furnace was constantly exposed to radiant heat from the furnace, causing the control panel inverter to burn out. We wanted to quickly implement measures to prevent recurrence." As a solution, we applied high-temperature thermal insulation sheets to the target control panel. (The installation was carried out by the customer.) As a result, the surface temperature of the control panel decreased from 70°C to 30°C, a reduction of 40°C. This measure prevented the recurrence of damage to the control panel and was applied to all similar locations.
