[Usage Example] Heat Mitigation under Factory Warehouse Roofs <Heat Shielding>

Measures taken to prevent solar radiation from entering the room! It has resulted in a beautiful finish.

There was a challenge to implement heat countermeasures to reduce the burden on workers from the summer heat. As a solution, we installed high-performance aluminum heat-reflective sheets under a Galvalume steel roof to prevent solar radiation heat from entering the interior. As a result, the installation method of sandwiching without adhesive led to a beautiful finish. Additionally, the area under the installed roof reflected the light from fluorescent lamps, brightening the interior. Heat Shielding Furnace: Examples of Heat Mitigation and Energy Saving Improvements

Case study of heat countermeasures and energy saving achieved in a painting drying furnace (using city gas) - Surface radiation temperature decreased by 100°C!

We will introduce improvements in heat countermeasures and energy-saving examples for paint drying ovens. "There is a problem where the indoor temperature in summer is hot, and we want to implement heat countermeasures. We also want to save on fuel." This was the challenge we faced. As a solution, we applied high-temperature heat-insulating sheets to the paint drying oven. (The installation was carried out by the customer.) As a result, the surface radiation temperature of the oven was reduced from 130°C to 30°C, achieving a decrease of 100°C. By reducing the radiant heat loss from the oven surface, fuel savings were also achieved. Furthermore, the internal temperature of the oven increased by 20°C during winter, leading to improved productivity! [Use Case] Protection of Surrounding Equipment from High-Temperature Objects <Heat Insulation>

It has been demonstrated that it can prevent radiant heat and protect control devices with a heat resistance of 45°C!

During the handling of large iron products at 600℃, there was a challenge of nearby equipment failing due to the radiant heat, and the need to protect the equipment from this radiant heat. As a solution, a heat shield sheet was applied 2 meters away from the 600℃ iron products. Lubrication Machining Center Operating Oil Filtration Demo Test

Confirmed that it can be filtered to the level of new oil! The correlation between standard analysis and simple analysis has also been confirmed.

We would like to introduce the case studies of issues and factory improvements that our company has undertaken. There was a problem stating, "We want to strengthen the management of hydraulic oil for dozens of machining centers and reduce troubles." As the oil levels in each machining center were low and the individual installation of filtration devices was not cost-effective, we used one industrial oil high-performance filtration device, Miracle Boy, to circulate among multiple machining centers. Additionally, we conducted demonstration tests by inserting the IN and OUT hoses of the Miracle Boy SRC-411-12V into two sample oil containers and performing batch filtration processing.
