We would like to introduce a case where the "Pocket Sorter" was implemented at ZOZO Inc.'s ZOZOBASE Tsukuba 3. At the existing facility, many items were stored and picked in multiple locations, and sorting was done with two pieces of equipment. This required personnel for inter-process transportation, and the capacity limitations of the sorting machines made it difficult to improve picking efficiency. After the implementation, we achieved our goal of reducing labor through the reduction of manual inter-process transportation and standardization of operations due to the simple operation. This also led to a reduction in the physical burden on workers by minimizing the transportation of heavy items and reducing bending motions. [Key Points] - The Pocket Sorter alone enables storage to individual delivery sorting, achieving labor reduction. - Standardization of operations is realized through simple operations, creating an environment where human errors are less likely to occur. - Reduction of heavy item transportation between processes and bending tasks during product input, alleviating the physical burden on workers. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case where our "mobile racks" were implemented at Nakamuraya Co., Ltd., which engages in seafood processing, food manufacturing, and sales. The company found that their own frozen warehouse was insufficient for storing raw materials and products, and they were considering improvements to their storage and management methods. After implementation, storage efficiency increased, allowing them to store approximately three times the amount in the same warehouse, which also led to a reduction in warehouse rental costs and labor expenses. [Key Points] - The introduction of mobile racks increased storage capacity by approximately three times. - By consolidating to a single warehouse, rental costs and labor expenses were reduced. - The implementation of location management reduced the time spent searching for products, shortening overall work time. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case where our "Simple AGV Key Cart" was implemented at the Kawasaki Sales Office of Nest Logistics Co., Ltd. The company was conducting product shipping, transportation, and storage operations using a manpower-intensive approach, and the challenge was to create a system that could reduce working hours and personnel replenishment. After the implementation, it became possible to use forklifts in conjunction with the system, which was difficult with conveyors, achieving "semi-automation centered around human operators" and doubling transportation efficiency. [Key Points] - Automation of transportation operations has doubled transportation efficiency. - Reduced transportation work by forklifts, decreasing the mixing of personnel and lifts, thereby improving safety. - Work can continue using the Key Cart even during power outages. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "Cool Fan Ozone Type" is a cooling fan that creates a comfortable zone at work sites through natural cooling effects from the heat of water vaporization. Water flows through the cooling element built into the main unit, and outside air taken in from the back passes through it. Due to the action of vaporization heat (the heat absorbed when liquids such as water evaporate), it discharges cold air at -4°C compared to the outside air using a large fan. We offer three lineups that can be selected according to the work site or task, including the standard type "Cool Fan 290," as well as "Cool Fan 200" and "Cool Fan 300," ensuring long hours of continuous operation. 【Features】 ■ Auto swing function (horizontal) allows for comfortable cooling over a wide area (vertical is manual) ■ Continuous operation is possible by connecting a hose to the standard automatic water supply joint ■ By placing the included cooling pack in the ice box on top, the circulating water is cooled, enhancing the coolness ■ Equipped with comprehensive safety features, including a finger guard net and water shortage detection function ■ Standard UV-C light for disinfecting stored water *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
