Industrial waste refers to waste that includes ash, sludge, and dust as defined by the Waste Management Law. The treatment of this industrial waste requires managing the discharge of harmful substances into the environment, and the regulation of the leaching amount of harmful substances is conducted according to the "testing methods for metals contained in industrial waste."
