After several discussions, an opportunity arose for a company visit, during which we operated the equipment as part of a factory tour and conducted a simple pattern test. Surface Temperature Comparison Test Under High-Temperature Atmosphere In the equipment used by the customer, there is a risk of electric leakage when the surface temperature of the heater becomes high. Therefore, the specifications were changed to enhance the heat dissipation effect, and both old and new heaters were tested under the same conditions to measure and compare their surface temperatures. The results showed that by enhancing the heat dissipation effect, there was a tendency for the surface temperature of the heater to decrease. This time, due to temperature differences depending on the measurement method, it is necessary to consider new challenges regarding measurement methods in relation to actual furnace measurements, and we are currently working on this.

It was enacted and applied in November 2015 as a "Cabinet Order to partially amend the Enforcement Order of the Industrial Safety and Health Act" and as a "Ministry Ordinance to partially amend the Industrial Safety and Health Regulations." As a result of this amendment, it has been classified as a Class 2 substance of specified chemical substances and is subject to preventive regulations. Please note that special protective measures are required when processing, etc. (There are no issues if no cutting or processing is done.) Additionally, there are regulations regarding labeling on containers and packaging, the provision of documents (SDS), the maintenance of the working environment, and notifications. However, if the specified preventive measures are taken, RCF can be used safely. Our company has designated the conventional boards as "RCF regulated products" and continues to handle them. Electric heating elements for industrial furnaces that include this metal heating element are used in various industries such as metal heat treatment, electronic components, ceramics, and chemical industries. Our company manufactures electric furnace heaters suitable for furnace temperatures up to 1200°C using iron-chromium-aluminum alloy (FeCrAl), which is a type of metal heating element. Our hot air generator is electric, takes in air, and outputs air at 1000°C with a flow rate of 1Nm³ from the outlet. As for where hot air generators are used, they are utilized in various applications such as: - Drying processes for workpieces - Heat treatment and thermal processing of workpieces - Heat retention processes for workpieces The development of the N2 1100°C and Air 1200°C models was prompted by requests from our customers. Previously, the maximum temperatures were N2 900°C and Air 1000°C. Among these, achieving a high temperature of 1000°C with a large flow rate of 1Nm³ simultaneously was quite rare, but we received inquiries asking, "Can we achieve 1000°C with N2?" As a result of development efforts by our design and technical departments, we were able to achieve N2 1100°C and Air 1200°C by adding optional components to the conventional hot air generator, exceeding our customers' requested temperatures.

Objects emit energy in the form of electromagnetic waves (light) according to their temperature. The higher the object's temperature, the greater the total amount of electromagnetic waves emitted, but the peak wavelength of the emitted waves becomes shorter. Electromagnetic waves in the far infrared range (3μm to 25μm) are generally said to be easily absorbed by materials, allowing for efficient heating of objects. Therefore, we have developed a paint (far infrared paint) that emits a large amount of electromagnetic waves in the far infrared range by applying our ceramic raw material formulation technology. Transparent materials like glass tend to allow electromagnetic waves to pass through easily, which means that heat from the heating element does not sufficiently transfer to the object being heated. As a result, if a lot of heater power is applied, electricity costs can increase. To address this, we can apply wavelength conversion paint to convert the waves to wavelengths that glass absorbs easily, allowing for efficient heat transfer to the object being heated without passing through. Effects of applying far infrared paint: - The load on the heater decreases, allowing for longer usage. - It has energy-saving effects since unnecessary energy is not used. - The heating speed increases, improving efficiency.
