Free membership registrationWhat is important in resin molding is to keep the mold temperature constant. However, the cooling circuit of the mold is prone to rust, so regular maintenance of the internal circuit is necessary to control the mold temperature. If rust is left on the mold, it can lead to metal corrosion, causing cracks or damage to mold components, or even issues like water leaks. Of course, this also adversely affects the molded products, and if the mold temperature control is not functioning properly, defects such as sink marks and deformation are likely to occur. The solution to these challenges is the device "Aratta-kun," which allows for easy and hassle-free cleaning of the mold's cooling circuit. Aratta-kun can resolve common issues faced in molding sites, such as: "It's a hassle to disassemble and clean the mold," "Due to a shortage of manpower, we can't spend much time on mold maintenance," "We don't even have a workspace suitable for mold maintenance," and more! ~ Special campaign running until the end of June ~ For those who purchase Aratta-kun by the end of June, we are offering a gift of five cans of cleaning solution! The cleaning solution is 20L per can at ¥25,000, making this a very advantageous campaign!

Free membership registrationTo achieve efficient production, it is necessary to maintain a constant temperature for the molds. When new molds are created, production can be done at a consistent cycle time, but if maintenance of the cooling circuit is neglected, cooling will gradually become less effective, leading to shrinkage and deformation in the products. This will result in a slight extension of the cycle time, but a 10% extension directly translates to a 10% decrease in production efficiency. Therefore, we recommend our waterway cleaning machine, "Aratta-kun"! Aratta-kun is a device that allows for the maintenance of the crucial cooling circuit in molds with minimal effort! Our company not only sells the equipment but also offers rentals. Additionally, we can provide on-site cleaning or take molds for cleaning based on your preferences! We will make proposals tailored to your budget and maintenance period.

Free membership registration"Recently, products have started to experience shrinkage and deformation." The other day, we received an inquiry from a molding manufacturer. Although it is not a mold made by our company, when we looked inside the cooling circuit with an endoscope... there was a large amount of rust and calcium buildup! With this, the cooling water cannot flow properly, and it is impossible to maintain a constant temperature for the mold. To continue producing good products at the same cycle time as before, it is important to regularly maintain the cooling circuit of the mold!

Recently, there has been an increase in items that cannot be cleaned using physical methods, such as circuits created with 3D printers. Therefore, we recommend our waterway cleaning machine, "Aratta-kun"! Aratta-kun is a device that allows maintenance of the cooling circuit with minimal effort! Free membership registrationThe cleaning solution "FP agent" developed by our company can remove calcium without damaging the base metal. It dissolves deposits such as rust and calcium with acid, restores the performance of the waterway, and the phosphate coating protects the cooling circuit of the mold, contributing to rust prevention in the circuit. Since rust removal is necessary for maintaining performance even with stainless steel, introducing the cleaning solution "FP agent" makes it less prone to rust. Additionally, it does not affect anodized surfaces or aluminum base metal.

Free membership registrationIn our processing, we can guarantee a pitch of 100mm within 3μ. In recent years, there has been an increase in machine tools that have temperature control measures. This includes features like thermal friendliness and axis cooling. We also use such machines, and they do indeed provide a certain level of effectiveness. They are well-designed machines. However, even with such good machines, achieving a precision of within 3μ in normal environments is difficult. At our company, we ensure stable precision by placing these machines in a temperature-controlled room (23±1°C). To guarantee this level of precision, we have installed 3D measuring instruments, image measuring instruments, and cross-sectional shape measuring instruments within the temperature-controlled room, allowing us to measure without leaving the room. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.*

Free membership registrationTypically, in machining with machine tools, oil-based or water-soluble cutting fluids are used. This serves the purpose of lubricating the cutting point, removing heat generated by cutting, and discharging chips. However, some materials can undergo work hardening of chips when cooled during processing, which can actually shorten tool life. A commonly used material that falls into this category is SUS304. In the machining of SUS304, semi-dry machining using mist or completely dry machining without any cutting fluid is often employed. Is it possible to process without applying any oil or moisture to the workpiece, claiming that lubrication and cooling at the cutting point are unnecessary? In many cases, cleaning and degreasing are sufficient, but there are instances where that is not enough. Even if cutting fluids are stopped, oil is used in the rotating parts of the machine tool, and it is common to see a slight seepage, even if it does not drip. Our company manages MC (machine components) in such a way that there is no seepage for a few days, and when necessary, we completely degrease and clean to meet customer requests. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.*

Free membership registrationWe have experience in direct processing up to HRc60. Of course, if we can intervene before hardening, we will handle it in the pre-processing stage, but it is not a problem if that is not possible. By being able to process at this level of hardness, for example with spindles, there is no need for carbon prevention, allowing us to produce high-precision items with minimal distortion. 【Features】 ■ Experience in direct processing up to HRc60 ■ No need for carbon prevention with spindles ■ Able to produce high-precision items with minimal distortion *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe average thickness of hair is said to be 0.08mm, but our company has the know-how to process using tools with a diameter of 0.10mm, comparable to that of hair. Since these tools are quite thin, processing over a wide range takes a considerable amount of time. Our high-speed, high-precision machining center and stable constant temperature room over long periods enable the use of tools that are difficult to see with the naked eye. 【Features】 ■ Expertise in processing using tools with a diameter of 0.10mm, comparable to that of hair ■ Very thin tools ■ High-speed, high-precision machining center and stable constant temperature room over long periods make it possible to use tools that are difficult to see with the naked eye *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThere are various ways to express surface roughness, but most are represented by Ra or Rz. All units are in micrometers (μ). In machining, a typical limit is around Rz3.2. Depending on the orientation of the machined surface, it can be increased further, but for freeform surfaces machined with a ball, this is a good guideline. Beyond this, we enter the realm of polishing and grinding. Even for freeform surfaces, our company can achieve a finish of Ra0.1 through the use of special tools. Going beyond Ra0.1 is a domain that is difficult to achieve with machines. However, thanks to our skilled technicians, we can achieve surface roughness below Ra20nm. When machining a concave spherical surface from a material with a hardness of HRc55, we used CBN tools, but there was a profile difference of about 15μ. This varies depending on the machining conditions, but the ability to perform such shape checks is thanks to the measuring instruments located in our temperature-controlled room. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationS50C and other types of steel excel in strength and thermal conductivity, but they are vulnerable to rust and corrosion. Stainless steel is resistant to rust, but it has only about one-third the thermal conductivity of iron and half that of S55C. On the other hand, even in stainless steel, if there are regular iron parts in the cooling water channels, rust can occur there, leading to a phenomenon called "secondary rust," making it more susceptible to rust. Therefore, regular cleaning and maintenance are recommended. For parts that can be disassembled, dirt can be removed using ultrasonic cleaning and electrolysis. Since it does not involve scrubbing, there is no change in dimensions, and dirt in fine gaps can also be reliably removed. 【Materials and Thermal Conductivity (W/mK) <Partial>】 ■ Silver (Ag): 420 ■ Copper (Cu): 398 ■ Gold (Au): 320 ■ Aluminum (Al): 236 ■ Brass: 106 *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWhen extracting products from the mold, there can be significant resistance. Since the product shape cannot be changed, we often have to rely solely on surface treatment to address this issue. We have tried various surface treatments, but currently, we recommend the "Yepco device" from Plastron. In our experiments, it produced results that even surpassed DLC coatings. However, over-polishing can negate the effects. Please leave that to the professionals. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.*
