We have published an introductory interview with Estec Co., Ltd., which supports the resolution of technical challenges in a wide range of industries, focusing on issues such as automotive vibrations and noise. The company manages projects with a single Excel file for each project, handling 100 to 200 projects annually. This led to significant burdens in file searching, updating, and aggregating data through macros. Additionally, sales activities, estimates, and project information were managed separately, making it difficult to understand which sales activities led to which projects. To address this, they built F-RevoCRM tailored to their unique calculation methods and project management approaches, centralizing customer, sales, and project information. The month-end processing time was reduced from several hours to about 10 minutes. [Interview Highlights] - Revamped Excel management for each project, reducing month-end processing from several hours to about 10 minutes. - Centralized management from sales activities to post-order projects, streamlining situation understanding in weekly meetings. - Utilized accumulated data for resource management, project retrospectives, and AI applications. For the full interview, including the background of the implementation and selection points, please refer to the related link.

In the maintenance and after-sales service department, valuable information such as repair history, customer issues, and contract and inspection timings is accumulated daily. On the other hand, the dispersion and personalization of information can lead to missed opportunities for customer support, contract renewals, and proposals. In this seminar, we will explain the reality of opportunity loss that does not appear in the books and practical design concepts to transform the maintenance department into a "profit-generating department" in approximately 40 minutes. ◆ Do you have any of these concerns? ◆ - Unable to quickly find necessary repair history or customer information - Work and know-how are concentrated among veterans or specific personnel - Relying on human memory for contract renewals and inspection timings - Although a system has been implemented, it is not being utilized effectively ◆ Seminar Content ◆ - Why does information in the maintenance department end up being "resolved and finished"? - The "silent churn" where customers leave without saying anything and the unseen opportunity loss - Reasons why, even after implementing a system, information does not gather or is not utilized - Ideas for utilizing maintenance information to connect to the next customer support or proposal opportunities

Kanpachi Sangyo Co., Ltd. handles everything from the design and construction of kitchen machinery to long-term maintenance. In the past, sales activities and customer interactions relied heavily on the individual experiences of veteran employees, leading to a situation where "no one knew what the person next to them was doing." With an increase in younger employees and a shift in the business model from "one-time sales" to "maintenance-focused," there was a need for a foundation that allowed both the sales and service departments to share customer information. The solution chosen was F-RevoCRM, which can flexibly reflect the company's unique sales processes. After implementation, both departments were able to share visit histories, repair histories, and maintenance contract statuses, establishing a system where even if the responsible person changed, they could smoothly continue the response based on past circumstances. Companies feeling the limitations of Excel management and individual reliance are encouraged to check the related links.
