Since our founding in 1946, we have been providing high-quality resin molded products, primarily focusing on insert molding and engineering plastics molding. By accommodating high-performance resins such as PACF, PPS, and PEEK, and equipping ourselves with automated manufacturing lines and high-temperature molding equipment, we achieve precise processing and stable mass production. We also emphasize quality control through dimension measurement and appearance inspection, continuing to create reliable products. Our strengths: 1. Support from the early stages of development Based on our extensive experience with high-performance resins, we can propose material selection considering the characteristics of these resins. During mold design, we use flow analysis software Moldex3D to suggest optimal gate positions. 2. Molding equipment compatible with high-performance resins All machines are designed for ultra-corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and high-temperature specifications suitable for high-performance resins. Dehumidifying dryers are installed on all machines. 3. 24-hour automated production line Various automation measures enable stable production of insert molding around the clock. 4. Quality assurance We have inspection equipment such as three-dimensional measuring machines, image measuring machines, and X-ray tomography devices, allowing us to evaluate both external dimensions and internal defects. 5.
