[Improvement/Update Example] Work Printer

We will introduce an example of a device that transcribes identification numbers and cures the ink by UV irradiation in the final process!

We would like to introduce a case of improvement/update for the "Work Printing Machine." There was a customer's issue/request stating, "Due to wear and tear, if there is any misalignment in the transfer section during printing, it results in defective products due to missing characters, and we are manually wiping off the prints for reuse, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive. We would like this to be improved." By enabling the repurposing of work transport jigs that are familiar to the operators and produced in large quantities, we were able to reduce costs and receive positive feedback from the customer. [Case Overview] ■ Issues - Defective products due to misalignment caused by wear and tear, leading to time and labor costs. - There is a risk of production delays or operational stoppages in case of breakdowns, and the customer wishes to completely renew the equipment. ■ Results - We enabled the repurposing of work transport jigs, leading to cost reduction. - We incorporated a fitting mechanism and a robotic cylinder in the transfer section, ensuring repeatability and accuracy. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Production Example] Work Transfer Device (Conveyor)

Work transfer device (conveyor) with safety, maintenance, and low cost! A reliable design that combines all three!

We would like to introduce a case study of the "workpiece transfer device (conveyor)" that we manufactured. In the conventional method where workpieces were manually loaded and retrieved, there were frequent delays due to labor shortages and human errors such as incorrect orientation. This led to instability in production efficiency, sometimes resulting in significant declines. Therefore, we implemented an automatic transport system with a stock function that allows for equal intervals, achieving approximately one hour of unmanned operation. This reduced the burden on operators, prevented the loading of different workpieces or incorrect orientations, and significantly improved production efficiency. [Case Overview (Partial)] ■ Issues - Human errors were occurring at a high frequency. - Production efficiency was unstable and sometimes significantly decreased. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Production Example] Product Stocker

Introducing a case where suction is applied to prevent the bottom pallet from following, reducing deformation!

This is an introduction to a case study of a "product stocker" that sets pallets onto an upper conveyor manually, and after the workpieces are loaded following the unloading, progresses to the lower conveyor to stock them in layers. We aim to achieve compact and efficient product management, and to reduce the operator's time constraints, we received a request to be able to load and stock multiple pallets at once, while manufacturing the product stocker in a limited space. Considering the installation within a limited space as a priority, while also keeping in mind the reduction of the operator's time constraints, we designed a layout that takes into account the operator's movement flow, using a return structure to create a two-tier stocker type. [Case Overview] ■ Requests - To fit within a narrow space - To load and stock multiple pallets at once to reduce the operator's time constraints - To enable operators to retrieve pallets without straining their backs *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Production Example] Resin Parts Assembly Inspection Jig

Here is an example of achieving simplification of the mechanism and space-saving by substituting with an "O-ring"!

We received a request to develop a fixture that can resolve fitting issues and also confirm the quality of the fit. Here, we introduce a case where we created a "Plastic Parts Assembly Inspection Fixture." The customer was facing difficulties because, during manual assembly, there were oversights regarding the quality of the fit at multiple insertion points, resulting in products flowing to the next process with fitting issues. In response, we developed a device for assembly after temporarily assembling two plastic parts and for confirming the quality of the fit after assembly. The resolution of fitting issues was achieved through a structure that presses a push rod against the insertion points. [Case Overview] ■ Customer's Challenge: Products flow to the next process with fitting issues, causing problems. ■ Customer's Request: To resolve fitting issues and create a fixture that can also confirm the quality of the fit. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

[Production Example] Sheet Supply Machine

We will create a device that takes out the sheets set in the magazine and supplies them to the next process machine!

We would like to introduce a case where we developed a "sheet supply machine" in response to the request to set the next batch of sheets without stopping the machinery in the next process. The customer was facing a problem where the magazine of 400 sheets would run out in about an hour, causing the machinery in the next process to stop each time, requiring the operator to replenish the sheets, which reduced productivity. After the introduction of our product, the operator no longer had to wait, as they could set the sheets for the next batch in the magazine before the current sheets ran out, thereby increasing the operator's flexibility. [Case Overview (Partial)] ■ Customer's Challenge - Productivity was reduced because the operator had to replenish the sheets. ■ Customer's Request - To set the next batch of sheets without stopping the machinery in the next process. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

[Production Example] Resin Molding Device

Automating the insertion and removal of molds with timer control! Introducing a case where there are no more irregularities after molding.

We received a request to enable simultaneous molding of multiple sets, and we would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a "resin molding machine." The customer's existing press machine could only mold one set of molds, so production numbers were supplemented by the number of press machines and labor hours. Therefore, we introduced this machine. By making the press section multi-stage, the installation space was reduced, and it became possible to mold multiple sets simultaneously. [Effects After Introduction] - The installation space was reduced by making the press section multi-stage. - Since multiple sets can be molded simultaneously, the need for operator intervention has decreased. - Automating and timer-controlling the mold insertion and removal has shortened the time and eliminated variation after molding. - Since multiple-stage pressing can be done with a single hydraulic cylinder, costs have been reduced. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

[Modification/Repair Example] Clip Assembly Jig

A structure that is easy and error-free for anyone to work on! We will introduce examples where the effort required has also been reduced.

We would like to introduce a case study of a modified "clip assembly jig." In the process of combining resin plate components and coil-shaped spring components while holding them by hand, there were challenges such as the burden on the worker's hands and the bending of the L-shaped core rod during insertion, which resulted in a significant amount of component loss. To address this, we used a toggle clamp for insertion, ensuring that force is applied in only one direction, which eliminated bending and reduced component loss. [Case Overview] ■Challenges and Requests - High burden when combining resin plates and coil springs while holding them by hand - Occasional bending of the L-shaped core rod during insertion, leading to significant loss - Aim to reduce the burden on hands and loss, making it easier for anyone to perform the task *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
