This is a bar-type screen, a sister product of Monoleia, widely used in Japan's industrial sector as a probability screen. It is a large-capacity vibrating screen used for sorting highly adhesive substances that are prone to clogging, as well as for removing large lumps, due to the oscillation of cantilever bars installed in place of the screen, which changes the spacing between the bars.

This is a vibrating screen that uses mesh openings larger than the actual classification point, based on the theory of particle mesh passing probability. The multi-stage mesh is arranged so that the mesh openings decrease sequentially from the upper stage, and the angles of each stage's mesh are adjusted during installation. By giving the mesh an incline, it is possible to use mesh openings approximately 1.5 to 2.0 times larger than the desired separation point, resulting in a state where particles are fully passing through each stage's mesh, allowing for a large processing capacity and making it less prone to clogging. Additionally, its compact design makes installation, operation, and maintenance economically ideal for a screening machine.

This is a dry micro-powder classifier developed based on the latest classification theory, which differs from conventional airflow classifiers. It is primarily designed for micro-powder raw materials ranging from 0.5 to 30 μm, allowing for the simultaneous and precise separation of fine and coarse powders. The flight trajectory of the supplied raw material particles is determined by the balance between the inertia of each particle (based on particle size) and the drag force from the airflow, resulting in classification according to the desired particle size. From small to large machines, the dimensions of the classifier body are exactly the same except for the width, demonstrating the same excellent classification performance with only differences in processing capacity.

This is a rotary screen that classifies powder while preventing clogging by generating fine vibrations on the screen surface through the high-speed rotation of stirring blades installed within a synthetic fiber horizontal cylindrical screen with mesh openings of 30 to 400 mesh. The powdered raw material supplied from one end of the screen is dispersed by the stirring blades, allowing fine particles to pass through the screen, while the coarser components are continuously discharged from the outlet side while swirling along the inner surface of the cylindrical screen.

This is a vibrating screen designed with a compact structure that allows for easy installation, operation, and maintenance.
