This is a centrifuge manufactured by Heinkel, characterized by a completely sealed mechanism and fully automated processes. By incorporating the PAC pressurized filtration system, it further enhances dewatering capabilities and enables the filtration of difficult-to-filter substances. It also boasts a high centrifugal force of up to 3,000 G. The synergy between high G and the PAC system allows for a reduction in size compared to centrifuges from other manufacturers. It is an ideal device for applications in pharmaceutical active ingredients, intermediates, and high-performance resin electronic components. It enables centrifugal dewatering of hazardous raw materials while contained, and with automatic liquid injection and cake discharge, it allows for safe, secure, and labor-saving operations without the need for operator intervention.

This is a single-axis high-pressure screw press specifically for organic materials. It has a high screw compression ratio, enabling high dewatering efficiency. For raw materials that are difficult to dewater, by extending the screw and increasing the retention time during dewatering, good dewatering results can be achieved. Additionally, the screens used are made of 4mm thick stainless steel and have a special hole shape. Therefore, there is no decrease in dewatering rate due to clogging, even without constant washing.

The decanter-type centrifuge is widely used in various wet processes and industrial wastewater treatment due to its many advantages, such as easy operation, space-saving design, and stable performance. However, with the increasing demand for further reduction in volume and energy conservation in recent years, there has been a call for improvements in the performance and efficiency of conventional decanter-type centrifuges. In response to such needs, we have developed the Wizard Press, a straight-cylinder pressure-type centrifuge. Conventional decanter-type centrifuges adopt an overflow structure on both the solid and liquid sides, making them unsuitable for applying compressive action using the conveyor's conveying power to the solid layer. The Wizard Press achieves high dewatering by adopting a straight-cylinder bowl shape and a narrowing structure on the solid discharge side.
