Mooney Viscometer "MV 3000 Basic"

Measured with a DMS torque sensor! The opening and closing of the test chamber is carried out using a compressed air system.

The "MV 3000 Basic" is a Mooney viscometer for testing rubber compounds. It conducts vulcanization tests of rubber at fixed temperatures and speeds based on the viscosity of polymers and ISO 289:2005/ASTM D 1646/DIN 53525, Parts 1–4. The device is designed for direct control via a PC, with test control, data collection, and analysis performed using the included "MonControl."
