The "Clorsave1000" from Riyado Corporation is a material supply device that precisely measures the mass of masterbatch and additives and feeds them into a molding machine. It is a blender that feeds materials by rotating a screw connected to a hopper. With numerous proprietary technologies (some of which are patented), such as a precise load cell that measures only the material hopper and a feedback function that automatically adjusts motor speed, it achieves an unprecedented level of precision in mass control for material feeding.

An ultra-precision feeder capable of keeping measurement errors within 1% to 2% even for small quantities (1 to 3g). It can flexibly measure from 1g to 2,000g in the same measurement time. This device is ideal for plastic molding that requires flexible and "precise measurement," such as pellets and masterbatches.
