"Kratos," named after the Greek god of strength and power, is an innovative ball valve product designed to meet the demands of the new era that is about to begin. The next-generation energy source, hydrogen, is an extremely small atom and is the "lightest" and "most easily dispersible" gas. Because conventional seals cannot prevent leaks, existing ball valves are not suitable for hydrogen supply systems. Therefore, Omar Corporation has developed the new ball valve "Kratos" that is compatible with this new era. It features an "ultra-high adhesion seal" that does not allow hydrogen atoms to pass through, while also supporting "ultra-fast opening and closing" with an actuator. Additionally, it boasts an "ultra-high pressure resistance" of up to 41.3 MPa, greatly expanding its potential applications depending on the ideas presented. The temperature resistance is standard from -50°C to 100°C, with an option available for high temperatures up to 250°C. Despite being such a high-spec product, it will be offered at the same price range as Omar's conventional products. The specifications that were previously unattainable with traditional ball valves will inspire new imagination in machine development and factory/plant planning. A new era of equipment design will be ushered in by Kratos.

Achieved a pressure resistance of 400 Bar (40 MPa) and over 20,000 cycles with a uniquely developed sealing material. It is compatible with high-pressure fluids such as urethane, hydraulic fluids, water pressure, ink, and paint. The design includes anti-static features and maintains valve airtightness even during fires, with the body available in carbon steel and stainless steel. You can choose between a manual opening and closing mechanism using a lever or an air-driven opening and closing mechanism with an actuator, with options for both return-type and spring-return actuators.

The "VIP Evo" series is a revolutionary coaxial valve with a built-in air-driven actuator, achieving high pressure resistance and long lifespan. With a maximum pressure resistance of 4MPa (kgf/cm²) and a long lifespan of 180,000 opening and closing cycles, it contributes to space-saving and cost reduction. It can be used in environments where only an actuator + ball valve could be installed before.

It is an air-driven actuator integrated coaxial valve. Both opening and closing are air-driven, and it is possible to choose either air-driven with spring return. In the case of spring return, you can select either normally open or normally closed. It features a design that minimizes pressure loss in the valve due to fluid dynamics. The VIP valve can be used in both horizontal and vertical orientations. Additionally, seals can be selected from NBR, FKM, EPDM, or neoprene.

OMAL's butterfly valves come in Wafer type and Lug type. The Lug type is used when maintenance is required by isolating the opposite side under pressure. It has a screw groove for static electricity prevention, allowing it to be used directly when connected to ground.
