However, since it is primarily used as an entrance and exit for people and carts, a very large door is not needed. Additionally, if used in a clean room, a door that is too large can cause significant air flow changes during opening and closing, which is also problematic. In such cases, the DTV40 with a detachable machine hatch at the top of the swinging door is convenient. This sliding door features a three-sided frame structure without a bottom frame that could obstruct the passage of people or carts, and it meets the highest JIS airtight performance grade, A-4 grade. For installation into insulation panel systems, it is possible to attach the opening frame and rails without special substructures, just like the conventional sliding door series.
