The Aero spray head is a spiral spray head suitable for non-contact application of granular thermoplastic hot melt adhesives with low to medium viscosity. By using an external air heater block to heat the spiral air, it can efficiently raise the temperature of the compressed air. As a result, it allows for more precise application of the spiral edge from the very beginning of the coating process.

The adhesive application head "Delta" features a bent design specifically created for robotic system applications. The heated part is shaped in a curve, allowing for adhesive application that is very close to the product, enabling precise and highly reproducible adhesive application in all directions. Delta is equipped with CoolTouch insulation for touch protection and is maintenance-friendly. Delta comes in two types: a spray head for spiral and spray application, and a dispensing head for point and bead application. It can be used with both thermoplastic hot melt adhesives and reactive hot melt adhesives. Therefore, Delta is suitable for numerous robotic applications in industries such as automotive, where adhesive application is required.

"Primo" is an adhesive injection head that achieves uniform adhesive application when performing bead or spiral spraying at various speeds, such as in industrial robot applications. Adhesive is supplied not only through the pump of the hot melt applicator but also through the gear pump of the injection head itself.
