The Vivo 18 coating head is a coating head designed for e-commerce envelope bags. It is compact and has high coating accuracy, enabling high-quality hot melt coating application even on high-speed lines. By changing from adhesive tape with release paper to a combination of hot melt application and release paper, significant cost reductions can be achieved. Additionally, switching from peel-off strip tape to hot melt application and peel-off strips can also lead to cost savings. The Vivo 18 coating head is equipped with a sack-back type valve and a high-speed air solenoid valve, making it the most suitable coating head for intermittent hot melt coating applications.

The FK IT series hot melt coating head is designed for intermittent and continuous coating of thermoplastic adhesives. Its simple and cost-effective masking technology allows for flexible adaptation to each application.
