The control device AS 50 can control up to four application heads. The application inspection controller for checking the application position of cold glue or hot melt and the presence of adhesive is integrated into the controller. Operation of the AS 50 is performed using a membrane keyboard or a touch panel with the user interface RobaVis.

Using the AS 30 application controller, you can individually control up to four application heads. The application patterns are programmable. Operation is performed using a robust membrane keyboard. This controller is particularly suitable for cold glue application and for applications that combine cold glue and hot melt adhesives.

The expandable adhesive application controller AS 60 consists of a base module that can control up to 8 application heads. It can connect up to 15 modules via a bus cable. This makes the AS 60 particularly suitable for adhesive application systems using a large number of application heads. Since they can be individually controlled, it allows for applications in various formats and for complex application patterns commonly seen in processes like paper bag manufacturing. Multiple application heads can be controlled through a single channel. The controller can be operated via a touch panel or a membrane keyboard. Optionally, the base module can be combined with a module for application inspection controllers, allowing for the verification of bead and dot application positions or their presence using sensors.

The AS10 pattern controller is a coating controller with a built-in hot melt tank. It can control up to two discharge heads based on time. It is a reasonably priced coating control controller designed for use on a constant-speed line where the line speed does not change, and it can be installed on almost all of Robatech's tanks (excluding Easy Melter).
