This integration kit not only includes holders for the cable wiring of the application head and adhesive application system, but when combined with the Vision melter, it also allows access to the web-based software RobaVis. With RobaVis, the status of the hot melt system is displayed on the collaborative robot's touch panel, and settings for the heating hose, application head, and hot melt applicator can be adjusted directly.

Our UR+ integration kit includes not only holders for wiring the application head, heating hose, and adhesive application system, but also the URCap Software GlueBot. With this software, you can program adhesive application from the collaborative robot's touch panel with just a few simple steps. Additionally, the touch panel displays the system status of the hot melt applicator, allowing for direct adjustments to the heating hose, application head, and hot melt applicator settings.

The adhesive application head "Delta" features a bent design specifically created for robotic system applications. The heated part is shaped in a curve, allowing for adhesive application that is very close to the product, enabling precise and highly reproducible adhesive application in all directions. Delta is equipped with CoolTouch insulation for touch protection and is maintenance-friendly. Delta comes in two types: a spray head for spiral and spray application, and a dispensing head for point and bead application. It can be used with both thermoplastic hot melt adhesives and reactive hot melt adhesives. Therefore, Delta is suitable for numerous robotic applications in industries such as automotive, where adhesive application is required.

The AX Diamond Series is an ideal head for low to medium viscosity thermoplastic hot melt bead and dot application. It excels in reliability and safety, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. With robust performance driven by air open/spring close mechanisms, it also offers excellent insulation, safety, and maintainability as a hot melt head. It is suitable for use in cardboard case packers, box erectors, and sealing machines.

The SX Diamond head is a hot melt dispensing head with excellent high-speed responsiveness, featuring air open/air close functionality. It enables hot melt application with high-speed response, long lifespan, and minimal stringing. You can choose the optimal configuration from a variety of options, including shapes, nozzles, and solenoid valves.

The Easy Melter is simple and space-saving, making it easy to introduce hot melt automatic application. It is energy-efficient, highly safe, and offers excellent cost performance.
