We received contact from a customer using other bridge breakers as a countermeasure for the lime silo bridge. After starting operation, the rubber disk-type aerator in use was damaged within a short period, and even after replacement, it failed again in a similar short time. Therefore, the customer consulted us about wanting to use our blow disk. The material used for the elastic disk of the blow disk is a very special silicone rubber, which is significantly more durable compared to general silicone. Additionally, the thickness and shape of the disk have been determined with durability in mind. 0480 Powder Coating: Bridging Prevention in the Dust Collector Hopper Section

Change the material of the elastic disk from the standard product (special silicone) to EPDM! Introduction of an example that immediately resolved the bridge phenomenon.

When storing powder coating in the hopper of a dust collector, bridging occurs during discharge, so we adopted a blow disc as a countermeasure. The results were good, and the bridging phenomenon was immediately resolved. In this case, we used a material for the elastic disc that was changed from the standard product (special silicone) to EPDM. Turning on two Brodisks with a time difference! Introduction of an example that solved the bridge of electric furnace dust.

This is a case where we received a call stating that a bridge is occurring in the tank of the air transport device. After hearing about various conditions, we determined that there was no significant risk and proceeded to inform them of the model selection and layout. However, the customer expressed that they "do not want to repeat the same mistakes as before with the actual machine," so they decided to observe the effects of our equipment using their own 1000mm hopper. We lent them four units of our equipment (blow disk) necessary for this, and after testing, the results were very favorable, leading to immediate adoption in the actual machine. We received contact from a customer who has experience using our Broa Disk. They experienced a bridge in the hopper for fine flour, so they installed two of their available Mini Broa Disks. While there was some effect, it did not completely resolve the issue, and they inquired about the possibility of adding a few more units. They requested a loan of the additional units. It was noted that two units were already installed near the discharge area (which is an ideal position), and based on the situation during testing, we determined that it would be best to install four units directly above the existing ones and sent the necessary quantity.
