We lent out a blow disk for a case where the items in the input hopper got jammed!

The hopper for processing flakes (manual feeding into the hopper) gets clogged with the target material, so we requested the loan of a blow disk, which was later adopted. A case where a bridge occurred and multiple vibrators were installed, but it became even tighter, has been resolved!

This is an introduction to a case delivered to a crusher and shredder manufacturer. The customer (the crusher manufacturer) consulted us, stating, "During the trial operation of the device we manufactured, a bridge formed, and even after installing multiple vibrators, it became even harder to discharge." The summary of the trouble was that fiber powder was bridging in the hopper mentioned above, and when the vibrators were activated, it completely clogged within a few seconds, making it impossible to discharge at all.
