0455 Small hopper for calcium carbonate (weighing device)

Measures against calcium carbonate bridging! After installation, the troubles have been resolved, and it is operating well.

As a countermeasure against bridging of calcium carbonate, this equipment is being used in various fields, and in this case, it was installed in a relatively small hopper. When the customer first contacted us, they expressed a desire to see the actual equipment. A case where a bridge occurred and multiple vibrators were installed, but it became even tighter, has been resolved!

This is an introduction to a case delivered to a crusher and shredder manufacturer. The customer (the crusher manufacturer) consulted us, stating, "During the trial operation of the device we manufactured, a bridge formed, and even after installing multiple vibrators, it became even harder to discharge." We would like to introduce a case where this equipment was implemented to address bridging issues in a dust collector hopper for local exhaust ventilation. The dust being collected contains carbon, and there is a period when the original material is left outdoors in a bulk bag, which particularly absorbs moisture during rainy weather, leading to bridging.
