A surface treatment device that performs precise physical cleaning of the surfaces of thin materials such as printed circuit boards with a width of 610mm or less and a thickness of 0.2 to 2.0mm. It can uniformly process both sides of the thin material and continuously automate the washing, rinsing, and drying processes. It can be used for cleaning printed circuit boards, removing foreign substances and oxide films, desmearing, surface roughening, and etching.
