【Technical Introduction】 ◎ Half Etching Using an etching master with different patterns on each side, patterns are processed on only one side of the metal plate. The processing depth is typically about 2/3 of the plate thickness. ◎ Taper Processing When processing a through-hole pattern, the dimensions of the through-hole pattern can be made different on each side, allowing for tapered hole processing. ◎ No-Bridge Etching By eliminating bridge points, it is possible to achieve even smoother processing without irregularities or chipping. ◎ Backing Material Etching By fixing one side and applying chemicals to the other side, it is possible to process thin sheets at the μm level without melting them.
