Aqua Blaster
There were issues with treatment due to the aeration from the mixer and disk-type diffuser, but by introducing the Aqua Blaster, it became possible to completely stop the mixer!
In this factory, aeration was being performed using a stirrer, but due to a lack of dissolved oxygen (DO), aeration was also being conducted simultaneously with a disc-type diffuser. However, due to ongoing treatment failures, the existing blower was utilized to change the aeration device to the Aqua Blaster AL-750, which allowed for successful treatment, leading to the complete shutdown of the 55W stirrer to this day. Subsequently, the amount of sludge generated per unit of production was reduced, resulting in repeat orders for other wastewater series tanks. ★ Sludge reduction rate per unit of production → 18.8% reduction ★ Conventional stirring device 55Kw → Completely stopped
