Training for awareness formation that serves as the foundation for employee development.
■Training Content What is a career? It is a track (watachi). It is the path we have walked so far (our trajectory). Within that track, we can see our tendencies, and by understanding them, our roles and goals become clearer. The purpose of forming career awareness is to face ourselves and, based on an understanding of a "work style that is true to ourselves," aim for career advancement, set goals, and start walking. The three foundational understandings of "self-understanding," "understanding others," and "understanding our company" deepen our motivation for "working" and lead to career development (self-growth). This training serves as the foundation for employee development. ≪Example Themes≫ What is a company, what does it mean to work? / What is an organization, what is a role? / The meaning and significance of my work / Career inventory and career design / Job inventory and understanding the company / Team awareness, organizational management / Becoming a leader, responsibilities and obligations / Creating a comfortable workplace and contributing to the company ■Training Overview Target Audience: New employees, second-year employees, employees with 3 to 5 years of experience, candidates for leaders and management positions, sales employees, management employees, senior employees Method of Participation: In-person or online Duration: 30 minutes to 6 hours Capacity: Up to 15 to 20 participants per session Materials: Textbooks, basic professional skills assessment sheets, inventory sheets, SWOT analysis sheets, etc.

Company information
Triangle Trust Co., Ltd. is a consulting company that supports organizational development, starting from the premise of "leading behavioral change through employee awareness reform." Since its establishment in 2004, we have faced the challenges of various industries, including manufacturing, providing customized training and organizational development support rooted in the field. We offer over 80 types of hierarchical training (for new employees to management) and have introduced experiential training utilizing LEGO® Serious Play®. This encourages participants' awareness and initiative, facilitating behavioral change. Additionally, our strength lies in our "coaching support," which includes post-training retention and execution support, emphasizing practical application and change in the workplace. We have received numerous testimonials stating, "It didn't just end with training; there was a change in the workplace." In 2024, we will open a Tokyo branch, achieving nationwide support through a two-base system with our Nagoya headquarters. We have received high praise from many small and medium-sized enterprises for our initiatives in talent retention and next-generation leader development in the manufacturing industry. Under the philosophy of "changing awareness to change behavior," we will continue to sincerely engage with business owners, HR personnel, and frontline leaders in developing people and organizations that support the next generation.
