Achieving high-quality coffee bean roasting with IH heating and superheated steam.
In the coffee industry, the roasting process is a crucial factor that determines the flavor of the beans. Uniform roasting is essential for bringing out the inherent potential of the beans and providing high-quality coffee. However, traditional roasting methods have faced challenges such as difficulties in temperature management, uneven roasting, and the risk of ignition. Our induction heating rotary kiln addresses these issues. 【Usage Scenarios】 - Roasting coffee beans - Temperature management in the roasting process - Suppressing uneven roasting - Reducing the risk of ignition 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Improved quality through uniform roasting - Enhanced reproducibility of roasting due to temperature control - Realization of a safe roasting environment - Reduction of environmental impact with zero CO2 emissions
