Energy-saving high-speed heating far-infrared panel heater PHX series
1. The PHX is a high-speed heating panel heater that reaches 650°C in just 20 seconds. Previously, idling took 30 minutes, but now the idling time can be reduced to zero. 2. The radiation wavelength characteristics are outstanding! The efficiency of radiant heat increases the most when the heater's radiation wavelength matches the absorption wavelength of the heated object. The PHX is a high radiator (emissivity 0.95) that is close to a perfect radiator, making it efficient across all wavelengths, allowing for uniform heating and drying in a short time. It transmits large amounts of heat at the speed of light, enabling miniaturization of the equipment and reduction of heating and drying times. 3. Uniform temperature distribution. The surface has a lattice structure, providing good radiation distribution. Furthermore, the panel heaters made of two or four units are independent, resulting in good temperature distribution within the plane, allowing for uniform heating of the heated object. 4. Clean. The metal heating element is coated with a special ceramic. It is a panel heater composed of a dust-free ceramic heater coated with far-infrared radiation ceramic and a ceramic case. 5. High-precision temperature control. The sensor is embedded in the heater, allowing for high-precision control of the temperature of the heated object.
