Although the outer diameter is small, it can heat the passing gas to about 900°C due to the adoption of a large surface area high-density heating element with good heat transfer efficiency. The ABH-13A series is the best-selling model of small hot air heaters. The ABH-13A is compact, low-cost, and powerful, making it easy to use. It incorporates a heating element ranging from 100W to 1000W within a φ13 metal tube case. The ABH-13A can heat the passing gas to a general temperature of 900°C and a maximum of 1000°C. It is suitable for gas flow rates of 3 to 40 liters per minute. Accurate temperature control can be achieved using a thermocouple at the outlet. Since it heats using transparent gas, it is ideal for photography and video recording. The tip has internal threads, allowing for various fittings to be attached. There are metal tube cases of various lengths available. A ceramic paper protective tube is provided as a measure against near-miss accidents. For safety and health measures, the temperature of the heating element can be monitored to prevent overheating.
