Reliability and durability are evaluated by applying a constant temperature (high or low).
In this service, we use constant temperature and humidity testing machines, constant temperature incubators (low temperature and high temperature testing machines), and atmospheric furnaces (high temperature electric furnaces) to continuously apply a constant temperature load (from -70°C on the low temperature side to +1100°C on the high temperature side) to the test samples, and conduct evaluations of durability and reliability against temperature. While conducting tests, we will propose testing methods that take into account the functions and characteristics required for the products and materials, including temperature measurements of the test samples, monitoring of current, voltage, and resistance, as well as photographing and measuring dimensions before and after the tests.

【Wide Temperature Range Support】 The temperature range is supported from -70°C on the low side to +1100°C on the high side. Temperature cycle testing can be conducted using cold and thermal shock testing machines or constant temperature and humidity testing machines. 【Various Sizes of Test Chambers Available】 The constant temperature and humidity testing machines range from small units measuring W500mm × H350mm × D350mm to large units measuring W1,000mm × H1,000mm × D800mm, allowing you to use test chambers suited to the size and purpose of the test specimens. 【Support for Various Measurements, Observations, and Analyses Related to Temperature Testing】 We also support various evaluations such as measurements, observations, and analyses conducted during or before and after testing. This includes temperature measurement of test samples, monitoring of current, voltage, and resistance, photography, component analysis, dimensional measurement, air leak tests, and residual stress measurement, among others.
