◆This is a high-performance low-input-capacitance probe unlike any other manufacturer. ◆MODEL35, like other active probes from GGB, covers a wide bandwidth with a single tungsten needle for signal, allowing for high-precision testing even of internal nodes, greatly simplifying the process. ◆The probe tip, which is a consumable part, can be replaced by the user, and the tip radius (R) is available from <0.1 microns, accommodating a variety of probing needs. ◆A dedicated power supply, MODEL PS-3, is required for use.

The MODEL35 is a high-performance FET probe developed to meet the advanced and stringent requirements of engineers involved in high-frequency circuit design. It has sufficient DC performance with rise and fall times of 14 ns, as well as an input resistance of 1.25 MΩ and an input capacitance of 0.05 pF. The signal attenuation ratio is 10:1 with a 50 Ω input oscilloscope input. Input capacitance: 0.05 pF, frequency range: DC to 26 GHz, input impedance: ∞.
